Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location, a short walk from the subway. Everything is tastefully furnished with attention to detail, with recent finishes and in light and pleasant tones. The kitchen is large and really well-equipped, with high-quality utensils, dishes, and appliances. The bed is comfortable, with clean and comfortable linen, and the bathroom is spacious and well-kept. The entire apartment was impeccably clean, tidy and welcoming. Andrea was an exceptional host: kind, helpful and always ready to help us with useful tips. We really felt at home.

Accommodation matches the photos with public transport nearby (several bus lines, 1 subway line). The apartment is nice, clean and the terrace is nice. Apollonia is a proactive, responsive and friendly host. We recommend this listing

Great Host, everything was perfect.

Cozy, clean, and modern. The apartment is compact but complete with everything. Very comfortable bed, comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area and for sleeping. A small note: a person taller than 180 cm might be uncomfortable sleeping on the sofa (I'm under 176 and I was fine). Location is optimal and strategic. The hosts are exceptional, very kind, courteous and helpful. For our little family, it will be a new point of reference.

We lost the plane back, fortunately we met with Gionny, and I made it very easy, very good communication with Gionny. The place very close to the airport, very nice and cozy. very well communicated. thank you so much for everything :)

As a family of five, we had a great stay in Laura's spacious apartment. Travelling by train, the apartment's location was perfect for us, having supermarket, gelaterias and pizza places around, the train station in walking distance and the bus stop close by to reach the beach. Thanks to the well equipped apartment, we had everything we needed - for the beach, for cooking...and if we had any question, Laura was there for us. The kids loved the pool and the gelaterias around and we the possibility to either spend the day in Rome or at the beach.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Krystyna was amazing. Her and her family were so sweet and welcoming to us. On top of that she was so understanding and very responsive to any questions we had. Absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in a beautiful space to relax and unwind.

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

I was a little skeptic when I booked the place the photos looked too good and thought it might not be as good, happy to say I was wrong, the place looked even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. You are on the beach, there is nothing in between. We were there Mon-Tue so I am not sure if its less crowded in general or just our luck. We were there on the beach whole day and it was a pleasant experience, lot of other families around, some kids playing around but it never got loud - all in all - it was spectacular. There is an airport near by, which was also a reason we selected the place (as we were flying out of that airport) however, it was never a bother. Andrea was responsive and always asking how she could make the stay better and except for staying longer there was no concerns. If you are a beach person I recommend this place!!!

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Andrea and Franca's place exceeded all our expectations. It was wonderfully organized, easy to locate on the main road and a short walk from multiple bus stops and also the metro station. The apartment had everything we needed and Andrea was super proactive. Watching the sunset from the balcony while sipping a cup of tea after a long day of sightseeing was truly refreshing. I can't recommend this place enough!

Simeone's responses were extremely prompt, clear and accurate, including the ones I sent at ridiculous Rome times when I was in America. He answered all my questions and I felt very prepared and safe for my trip before I even landed. He was friendly and extremely helpful, and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the Rome airport and take us to the Airbnb. He answered all my questions about how to get to other places, including the Rome train station and Florence. The apartment was clean, well-organized and adorable. Exactly what you want to stay in when visiting Italy. The location is unbeatable. Not only are you right next to the Spanish Steps and fashion area, but the Fontana di Trevi is a short walk from the place plus cafes, little convenient stores, restaurants and tobacco shops are all on the same block. I highly recommend staying here! If I could give the host and apartment more stars, I would!

Stefano has been one of the best hosts, if not the best one, we have had. His caring attention to detail, his clear and prompt communication and his willingness to assist us with special requests made our experience outstanding . The apartment was spotless, all the little details and treats he left for us made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, we love the fruit&vegetables store just across the street. The beach is very close too. We will definitely comeback.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.
