Awesome place .Posh locality. Parking place was the b est. It could accommodate a full size Urbania van without a problem. Apart from this we could also park 2 full size sedans and 2 mini hatchbacks in the parking area. Located right next to Carmel school, the place was not difficult to locate. The maintenance of the house was top class. Everything from the rooms to bathrooms and cutlery were squeaky clean. All linens were extremely neat and we also used an extra bed which was more than comfortable. Vishal was very helpful in answering all our queries and also was always available to help us for anything that we needed. There is a food street just about 600-800 meters from the property which opens only during the evenings and serves an array of mouth watering kerala and middle eastern dishes. This food street is a must try. For breakfast and lunch we had it delivered thru swiggy from the umpteen restaurants which are located very close by. Thank you Vishal, we really enjoyed our stay

Eka homestay is home away from the home .we feel so comfortable .They are very helpful and polite people .Everything in house is well maintained .We are with baby she also feels comfortable very relaxing place without any disturbance I Will recommend to all tourist must stay at Eka house

We had a wonderful stay at Souparnika once again! This was our second time staying here, and just like before, everything was perfect. The house is very nice, extremely clean, and well-maintained. All the amenities are top notch, and both the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Sajikumar, the host, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. He’s very proactive and quick to respond to any needs, which really made our stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is absolutely beautiful—set on farm land with peaceful rice fields all around. It was incredibly quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The host was super helpful and even helped arrange meals for us, which made a big difference since we initially thought food might be hard to find in such a remote spot. But actually, there are plenty of small restaurants just a 10-minute walk away on the main street, and the walk itself through the fields is lovely. The place was very clean, just as described, and the AC was a real blessing during the hot afternoons—great for resting before heading out again. We extended our stay another day, and definitely would have stayed even longer if there had been a kitchen on site, but we totally understand that it’s not something everyone needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, and a genuine local vibe.

Every space was beautifully curated with so much thought and care. It’s rare to find a place where comfort and style come together so effortlessly, but this home nailed it. And then there's Renjith, the host, one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve met through our travels. He was always there to assist, making sure our family felt comfortable and had everything we needed, without ever overstepping. Before leaving, I told him that whenever we’re back in Trivandrum, this is exactly where we want to stay again, and we meant it from the heart. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and genuinely special stay.
