Condo vacation rentals in Malcantone

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

We were passing through for a stopover in the apartment. Check-in was super straightforward, communication was always easy. The apartment is highly recommended. Kitchen overall very well equipped, but a clever knife was missing. Otherwise, everything worked out. There were plenty of pizzerias for dinner within a few kilometers. For "big" cars, the driveway into the yard may be a little tight.

We had a nice stay in the heart of the nice Navigli neighborhood. Everything was available for a comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed was also fine. Do bring earplugs to sleep well, the sound of people going out and passing trams is quite loud.

The place was exactly like the pictures, the host is very friendly and the place is very clean and big. I recommend 100 %.

A very good find to stay at lake como! Beautiful view, easy access without a car, lovely hosts (also the furry ones 🐶) and the flat was equipped with everything you need. It was easy to feel at home and an ideal starting point for trips around the lake :) I would prefer Bellano to Varenna/Lecco/.. anytime.

We had a great time at the grandparents' house! Everything was as in the listing, clean and tidy house; upon our arrival they were already there waiting for us as agreed on the site. Very bright environment, equipped with anything you need, from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bedrooms. Nothing is missing. Great location, sunny, quiet area but great location for visiting the lake and surroundings. Very kind Corrado as host and remarkable availability in everything. I can only recommend this place! :D

Stefano is a very kind helpful host, We really enjoyed staying at apartment and we definitely we return. We travelled with son and Stefano prepared a bed, toys and everything you need for the kid. Was always helpful and answered immediately. Proposed to come by and help if needed. Apartment was very clean and we felt like at home there! If you want to go to Como, definitely choose Stefano!

Everything super fast and uncomplicated. Very friendly and very quickly accessible. We'd love to come back!

From the very start Verena made our stay perfect. She drove out of her way with her adorable dog to collect us from the train station and take us to our beautiful accommodation. It was so comfortable and perfectly situated within walking distance of everything. And the perfect weather made our stay the highlight of our trip!

Old building but renovated apartment. Not very big but for two people it's perfect. Everything is well cared for, fragrant blankets, impeccable cleanliness. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were also provided in the shower (apart from the train nearby but at night we did not hear it). We had a very, very good time and if we ever come back to those parts, we will definitely come back to book. Ivana was super cute. Everything was super 🙂💪🏻

We enjoyed Edoardo's apartment for a long weekend. It is conveniently located in the Navigli district, a very lively area with bars and restaurants. There is indeed a little noise in the evening but, as a city dweller, we didn't mind. Earplugs are provided by Edoardo just in case. Paid parking (€5 per hour and €40 per day) and very "safe" allows you to park your vehicle close to the apartment (3-minute walk). The city center is within walking distance or by tram which is very nice. Edoardo's apartment is very comfortable, it matches the photos well and a small elevator provides easy access to the fourth floor with luggage. Edoardo is a very pleasant and available host. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Milan.

We had a pleasant stay in your home, ideal for family stays (spacious, clean, quiet, close to the train station). In addition, you are welcoming hosts and very available to answer our questions, thank you!

The place is spacious with clean. the location is great just couple of minutes walk to the city center and also close to the park where we can walk our dog. Francesca is really helpful. she have all the tips and recommendations which are all useful. we highly recommend the place!!!

Lovely place to which every day it was great to come back, close to the town and train station. Very nice hosts, ready to help with any situation with a high level of communication. Definitely worth recommending.

The view of Lake Maggiore is beautiful. A big plus is the well-kept pool. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrin's place. You don't actually need more than this view from the balcony, but also the rest of the apartment is nice and well decorated. See you soon, hopefully!

This was a lovely view spot! Beautiful view of the lake. So nice to wake to and enjoy on the balcony. We loved being on the greenway trail. The trail walk was absolutely fabulous. Great host communication.

Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without a problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and hassle-free street parking. The location is conveniently located for visiting Milan and the lake district. We'll come back if we have a chance.
