We had a wonderful time at Francesca's place and she made us feel very welcome. We had everything we needed and were happy to come back here every time to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Would recommend!

Nice place to stay, with a very helpful and friendly host. Ideal base for trips to the city center of Parma, but also Milan and Bologna. There were good amenities and an elevator in the building. Quiet stay.

For our little getaway from Milan we chose Davide's apartment, we arrived by car, we immediately appreciated the free parking spaces in the street just outside the apartment, but even if they had not been available, as per the listing, there was a parking space available to us. The check-in instructions were simple and clear, as soon as we entered the house we appreciated the cleanliness and order, and the various supplies, which allowed us to not buy anything more, for the few days we would stay, and it is not obvious. The bed is very comfortable, clean sheets and top towels, ✨️ the sofa is also really comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful, we slept like a log with the windows open thanks to the mosquito nets. Overall, we were very satisfied and thank Davide so much for providing us with all the info, including for the surroundings, which we followed with pleasure, especially for the parking near the center. We'll be back soon. 🙏
