I stayed here for over a week and really loved this apartment. Perfect for me. Strong internet for working online & joining Zoom calls, very comfy bed, epic view & beautiful sunrises with the huge windows, strong hot shower, extremely clean, lots of natural light, and I LOVED having my own little balcony. The room is very quiet up on the 27th floor, you can’t even hear the street or city when the window is shut. The washing machine was great to have, and I cooked plenty of meals in the kitchen. I got great use out of the gym, sauna, and pool (the sauna was usually empty!). The neighborhood is Indian and has delicious inexpensive restaurants, markets, and anything you need to buy. Got around easily by foot or with a Grab car. The building had lots of security guards. Belinda, the host, was responsive and communicative. The only thing “missing” for me was a work desk, but I saw in the photos beforehand that there wasn’t one and just used the tiny coffee table to work from the floor :)

We feel very comfortable the minute we checked in. Apartment was clean, tidy and the location is good. The house is very well equipped. The host even provided snacks and Maggie mee.

The location is great, walking distance to Taman Equine MRT train station . Or calling Grad is easy too. Opposite the Zeva Residence is Aeon supermarket , inside have bookstore, fast food restaurant, Daiso, atm machine and soon. Every Wednesday evening have night market start at 6pm. Selling fruit,vegetables ,seafood, satay, bakso and soon. It is 3 mins walk direction heading to MRT. The building has been maintain well, inside building have food stalls starting from 8am to 10pm. They do delivery to your door step. Host is responsive and friendly. Overall a great place to stay for short term or long term with such an affordable price. Highly recommended.

Welcoming. Spacious. So clean. Neat. Beautifully decorated. COMFORTABLE! 5adults and 2kids :) the kids enjoyed the mattress to jump on, the swimming pool with jacuzzi, and a wonderful playground with many activities! Adults got a massage just below the unit @ Family Reflexology. We went to Sunway mall and Tropicana mall from the AirBnb — convenient!! The nearest drop off point is at Kenny’s block which is AWESOME, especially when traveling with elderly and kids! Thanks Kenny for a wonderful stay — we will be back :) Take care, God bless.

Robin and his partner, Nicholas, are some of the best hosts there are on airbnb. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and very comfy. A washer in the apartment, a good gym, and a nice pool in the building. I highly recommend Robin's place.

The host, Esther, is very responsive and gives good recommendations on food to try around the area. She even had a welcome snack for us in case we were hungry after long hours of driving to Penang! Checking in was easy as it's done via an easily accessible locked mailbox. However, before driving into the carpark for the first time, someone has to collect the carpark payment card if you do not have your own TnG card. The suite is very clean, even in hard-to-reach corners. Many household needs are covered too, including a TV, washing machine (washing powder and softener included), clothes dryer, many hangers, enough utensils for 5+ people, dish-cleaning soap etc. Great location - connected to a mall that includes a supermarket with everything needed. Another new mall across the overhead bridge too. Food choices nearby were good, a lot of restaurants and an open-air food center selling delicious authentic local food. Fully recommend to anyone who is staying in Penang for a while!

Absolutely unforgettable stay! From the moment I stepped into this unit, I was blown away by the sheer spaciousness . The layout is open and airy very comforting. The bathroom was in good shape, and the kitchen are fully equipted The water dispenser was a game-changer—so convenient, I was never without a refreshing sip of water! But perhaps the crown jewel of this property is the view. Breathtaking, panoramic,the ever-changing view was nothing short of spectacular. To top it all off, there's a McDonald's right beside the building—perfect for a quick snack or late-night cravings. This place is truly a hidden gem, combining style, convenience, and an unbeatable location. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in comfort and ease.

Ideal location in the heart of KL city, it was easy to find the place (via car). The place was clean, and Michael was really hospitable and welcoming. We have no issues with the place. But it’s also worth noting that the apartment is right beside a nightlife (pubs/clubs) spot/bikers hangout area. It did get very loud till late into the night (weekends) with music and bike revving. My family can tolerate it since we only return late and too tired by then, but those with young children/babies may be inconvenienced. Personally I will still return due to convenience of location and place cleanliness.

If you can enjoy the night view of the Twin Towers indoors, this accommodation is suitable for families to stay in two rooms. I don't go to Suugan. If you go away, you'll need it. Please note ~ The night view of the pool is also nice and nice, so you can enjoy it comfortably. It is also close to Suria Mall and can be reached on foot. Grab may not be able to catch the close proximity, so I recommend moving around leisurely.

This is my second stay here. The unit is equipped with everything necessary for me. Mr Keong always replied quickly, when I made an inquiry. This place is very peaceful and convenient. I will be back.

The place was clean I wish Chester would leave instructions . I had trouble finding switches, using shower. Than that is probably me but I managed really well and settled easily in the place. Chester was quick with responding to any questions.

It was a great stay. The flat is nice and cozy. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try out the pool, as we explored KL and left early next morning. Only one inconvenience that the fan and the A/C are both directed to the bed and it was blowing cooler air directly to us, which caused us some health issues like sore throat, runny nose.

Maya’s place was accurately described — comfortable, clean, and value-for-money. The room was well stocked with the essentials I needed and even came with a water purifier. I did feel that it was a little more difficult than i’d like to get to the city centre but was still relatively convenient to get there! I’d stay here again and would recommend anyone to.

This is my 2nd time i check in here, different room but used same service by host Alice. Very fast response and easy to communicate with her.

We stayed a month with family at Alvin’s place and we had really nice experience! The place is quiet, great pool and gym. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The only things I would add are mirror and maybe a small light in bedrooms. Alvin was always there for us and very helpful! Next to the apartment we found 2 shopping malls with everything you might looking for: The stay was great overall!

This apartment did the job and had a nice view.
