Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Malacca Strait

The host, Esther, is very responsive and gives good recommendations on food to try around the area. She even had a welcome snack for us in case we were hungry after long hours of driving to Penang! Checking in was easy as it's done via an easily accessible locked mailbox. However, before driving into the carpark for the first time, someone has to collect the carpark payment card if you do not have your own TnG card. The suite is very clean, even in hard-to-reach corners. Many household needs are covered too, including a TV, washing machine (washing powder and softener included), clothes dryer, many hangers, enough utensils for 5+ people, dish-cleaning soap etc. Great location - connected to a mall that includes a supermarket with everything needed. Another new mall across the overhead bridge too. Food choices nearby were good, a lot of restaurants and an open-air food center selling delicious authentic local food. Fully recommend to anyone who is staying in Penang for a while!

Stayed for under a week with a family of 6. Plenty of space and great security. Location centre to KL and had restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

The host set a new standard of AirBnB as what AirBnB should be like. Check in process is smooth, with clear instructions and friendly security guard to help out. The parking lot at Level 1, while unit at highest floor, which means waiting for elevator may not be a big issue. The unit comes with all the amenities, even provided with some snacks, instant noodles & 4 bottles of drinking water. The electrical compliances eg air fryer, coffee machine, toaster etc are in good conditions. Besides, the unit is clean, and with multiple light sources make the unit bright & cozy. The parking is a drawback of this unit as it is narrow, which might be slightly difficult for those who drives a bigger car. While the parking provided has stagnant water, perhaps rainwater splashed into the parking lot. However, the host tried her best to provide support. Another drawback is that there is strong chemical smell in the lift lobby and lift itself. Other than that, the unit is very worth to stay!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Vasthaven. Firstly, the check in process is super easy and hassle free. Vasthaven has given clear instructions on the check in process, information on designation parking lot and check out process. Secondly, each of the 2 rooms has their own TV and the room also comfortable. Third, the house is super clean and in a special layout. Forth, Vasthaven has great communication process where questions will be replied within a few minutes. They have initiated communications promptly and not just waiting for the guest to reach out to them. Fifth, facilities are all in working conditions and quite environment Highly recommended and will definitely book again. 🥰 Thanks once again, Vasthaven!!

Extremely good location. Loved it. Dare I say, the home was the best part about my entire trip here. It was not only conveniently located, but also convenient in terms of food (24h cafe below) and supplies (taken care of by Francis-- water, detergent, soaps, sprays, coffee, tea, instant noodles, towels, mats, linen). I can't stress how much I enjoyed the stay here. Thanks Francis, for the best airbnb experience. Your swift replies even late at night are appreciated.

Good location near to Sentral where many metro lines meet. View from rooftop pool was spectacular. View from room also great. Air-con worked well. The only negative was the wait for the elevators at busy times.
