Family-friendly vacation rentals in Malacca Strait

Steve was highly communicative and accommodating, even letting us check in a couple of hours early when we arrived! He answered questions quickly and was super helpful. The place is very large, clean, with all amenities, and well priced. Location is great - close to tons of restaurants and shops. Our fave breakfast spot was Bonz Coffee, right downstairs.

I had an excellent stay at Ipoh zihsin Homestay. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions I had. A significant plus was that my small dog was warmly welcomed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The combination of the comfortable accommodations and the host's hospitality made this experience truly outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ipoh!

The house was large and comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 2 kids. Nicely furnished living room and bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove and toaster). Kidney shaped pool was a favourite with the kids and the veranda behind the house which faced the sea was the adults’ favourite hangout. The sunset everyday from the veranda was glorious! Altogether, a beautiful restful place that we hope to return to in the near future.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a group vacation, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the host was welcoming and incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and thoughtful touches. We truly love caren and her units ❤️

Nice place, very clean and very spacious. Swimming pool view from balcony Was happy to have a filter in the kitchen which is very important. Coffee, milo and biscuits provided thank you very much. The dish wash liquid soap was filled in the shower bath container. Needs labelling. The lighting can be brighter very poor lighting especially in the rooms and bathrooms. Otherwise all was good and finally my little poodle also enjoyed the stay.

big house good for gathering. can park 2 cars in the porch and free parking at road side. all as described in the post.

Justin place was sparkling clean and thoughtful provided all the basics needed. Lucky find of Justin place. Recommended. Free parking directly in the landed car pouch.

Strategic location near a lot of eateries. Parking may not be available at all times, depending on the timing. Spacious room and whole unit. Highly recommended if you are on an Ipoh food trip.

It was a great place to stay.Host was sooo awesome,understanding,immediate answering our replies,send people,technician,gas man to come down & see if theres any problem & really went beyond our expectations.Even check out,host let us store all our luggages in the small room next to dining table & we were able to collect our luggages at 3pm after going shopping if not we would have to bring our luggages if we check out at 12pm.All of us enjoy our stay & regretted to book for a short stay as all of us wanted to stay in this house for longer days.Can give 5 star or more.Superb comfortable accomodation even though was not able see tv,netflix,we occupied ourselves playing games & by going out booking grab to shopping mall & sunway lagoon.Will definitely book & come here again next year.Thank you host & owner for a wonderful stay in this house.Well done!!🙏👍💖🥰

The place was well kept and clean and fully equipped for our stay. There were clear labels and signs for the lights, fans, heater, manual for the tv and locks. My husband and my dogs felt very comfortable as the place was cosy and had lots of natural light. The bathrooms were clean. I will definitely book again if I come back to Ipoh.

good host and easy to communicate. nice place to spend with family

If you're looking for a great place on Long Beach, then you should consider Gilles Villa. My family of five stayed for a week and loved it. It is a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, a pharmacy, an atm, a gym, etc. The villa itself is well-equipped and comfortable. The pool is smaller and shared with the villa next door, but we really enjoyed it and just got to know the neighbors. The electricity/water costs are minimal, so don't let that detract. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again.

Great place for the price. Amazing pool everything you need for a holiday , great location also private 24 hour complex with great staff.

Highly recommended to stay here. It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. House and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Clean,comfortable,spacious..

We felt super comfortable and enjoyed the time. We loved the 2 dogs. Serena was totally helpful and super sweet. You have to be aware that the house is "open". We loved it as it was pleasantly airy. THANKS AGAIN

Loved our stay and koh Lanta. Really responsive and friendly check in. Great spot. Easy taxi’s for exploring too and lovely villa nice and shady for afternoon swims when we had finished at the beach. Beautiful beaches where the villa is and a ten minute walk south other lovely spots - relax bay and beautiful beach. Lots of places to eat. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful & peaceful place. The house very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. There were plenty of mattresses if you hv a big family. We ordered breakfast, lunch & tea on 1st day the food was delicious. For dinner we had a bbq which the host supplied charcoal and got someone to fire it up for us. The house is near a few shops, easy to get supplies & the famous Ikan bakar Sg Duyong was 12 minutes by car. Enjoyed our stay and hope to cone here again !
