The host is very helpful and friendly. The place is really nice and literally what the picture looks like. We had an issue with the wifi not working and the host was very responsive and helpful. 5 star for the hospitality. Will come back again when I'm back! for sure.

It was a very relaxing accommodation.I was surprised that it was not too far from Holland Square.The location of Guard was not facing the street and it was difficult to find, and the building with the room is quite far from Guard's location, so I think it would be great if you could make it even more clear.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

Brand was very proactive and fast to respond. The house is in a great area with the market and shops/cafe etc walkable. Very clean place and exactly like the pictures. We stayed over the Christmas period and it was ideal as we had additional family that arrived without much notice. Would highly recommend this property for your trip to Ipoh.

Cliff agreed for early check-in and clear instructions given. Premises clean and more than sufficient for a group of 12. Great location and quiet neighbourhood. Agreed to my slightly extended check-out. Fast response to queries. . Will consider staying here in future.

Owner is really nice and friendly! The house is big and clean, very comfortable to stay in. Just a bit far from Ipoh attractions, but other than that everything is good. Worth staying!

The place was exactly as described and very near to the train station and local restaurants. The pool table, karaoke set and jacuzzi were a pleasant addition to me and my friends’ short gathering. Colin and Run Yee were very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups who want to chill and have a good time.

Clean n nice place to stay, there are bottles of water provided. Nice food around that area. WiFi connection/reception very slow. Take note that check out timing at 11am.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place as the place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had a smooth check-in experience. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone thar are visiting the area!

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb unit for 6 nights, and it was a great experience! The apartment is cosy, beautiful, well-furnished with good quality appliances, furniture and fixtures. The beds and sofa are very comfortable, with good quality linen and pillows. Marcus and Cy are absolutely fantastic hosts, who greeted me, showed me to the carpark and the unit. They were very helpful, friendly and professional, and responded to my enquiries promptly. Truly a 5 star unit and 5 star hosts!
