Strategic Apartment 2 is a great value in a good location. We enjoyed the views from the 20th floor. The bed is incredibly comfortable- one of the best that we have experienced in Indonesia. If you are not used to street noise, you may find it difficult to sleep. However, the apartment is quieter than some places that we have stayed in the city of Medan. If you are used to some street noise, it shouldn't be any problem. Reza did a good job communicating and the check in instructions were clear. We did find that the key card only worked in one elevator. Overall a very good experience and we would stay here again if back in Medan.

Good location, lined shopping malls nearby, hospital, police station.It is convenient and there is no traffic.5 lifts, no need to wait.The house is well renovated and furnished

Great stay with all amenities nearby. Gym is a little older and without air-conditioning, pool was great. Unit had all things needed and more e.g. air purifier, umbrella, diffuser, washing powder, coffee, ice packs....

The place is really nice! the decor is pretty, and the view is amazing. It’s super peaceful, which made my stay really relaxing. Plus, having a grocery store and a mamak downstairs was so convenient! The pool is great, and the coffee machine was a nice bonus. The host was really helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a really comfy and well-located place. Would definitely stay here again!

The accomodation was great, clean and complete. its very comfortable, and secure. All instructions is crystal clear. the bed was comfy the bathroom is clean. Host Alvin very responseful and fast to reply to any texts.

Nice condo, appears to be Airbnb friendly (yes there are unfriendly ones), good clean swimming pool which is slightly curved but still enjoyable. However, toilets at the pool are not so well maintained. But this unit’s toilets are very clean. Nice gym with modern equipment. Carpark is spacious and easy to find. However this condo is located beside a busy road so it’s best enjoyed with the balcony doors closed. There’s an opposite building ONEXOX which is brightly lit at night, but blackout curtains are provided in the room.

Perfect place to stay

We feel at home! Kids love it. Everything we need is available. Plastics for dustbins, kitchen utensils, tissues, towels, hangers & clippers, towels, mirror, balcony to hang cloths, iron and board, shampoo and shower gel, lots of pillows! and even washing machine (during our stay it was out of service though). TV got Netflix, air-con is functioning, got ceiling fan too. It was superb. Getting to and out of the unit is also easy as well. Elevators in the apartment are quick we didn’t have to wait, less than 5mins. Getting grab taxi also is very fast! And we already considering to come back again to try other units from this host! Nice place to stay!

Great place and spacious for 10 of us. We did BBQ and steamboat. A lot of room for activities together in every room, fun for everyone. Place is clean. Thank you for the good experience 😊

Our stay was cut short due to a access card issue from management's side, but the host was very responsive and tried her best to assist us. She also allowed us to stay beyond the checkout hours so that we could transit to our next accommodation . Otherwise , it was a great stay . Very convenient .

Host very friendly and helpful. An incident happen few hour before check out but host very helpful and never mad at us. Feel thankful for that. The house is nice, clean and comfortable. Easy to communicate, the instruction very clear and felt welcome. Thank you so much 👍

It's comfortable, clean, peaceful small bungalow house with big terrace space. Close to lovely small beach (walking distance). The furniture and amenities are getting old a little bit but they are well maintained so function correctly. A lot of seasonings are prepared for cooking. Nick and Sita are very kind and helpful hosts. You will get many cat friends. Recommended! 가성비 좋습니다. 잘 지어진 집이라 틈이 없고, 방충망 다 있어서 ㅂ레가 거의 안들어 오는 편 이나 일층짜리고 정원에 있다보니 열대 바ㅋ벌ㄹ 가 한달간 두번 들어왔습니다.
