Everything was so great!

Very nice house!We were greeted by the host on the day of check-in and made a full introduction.We have 7 adults and 1 small child, and there are exactly four rooms.Clean bathroom and kitchen!The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet, there are many restaurants to choose from.

The house, furniture were clean and tidy. The house owner was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend people in group to stay here for few days.

Our stay was perfect. The place was amazing and the host wven better. Walking distances from plenty of great food placea and temples. Just enough away from busy areas and streets so that you had quiet space and nights sleep. All around amazing place to stay. We had 2 young kids with us as well and didnt have 1 single issues. Only wish we had more time to spend there!

A great place to stay. The house is in a beautiful residential Thai neighbourhood, the street likes to party sometimes so be aware at times there will be loud music.

It was a pleasant to stay in Max’s new furnished house, with walkable distance to the town centre where has an amazing supermarket and a lot of restaurants / street food options. During weekend, there is a night market as well definitely worth visiting. The swimming pool is a highlight! Also thumbs up for the quiet neighborhood, feeling very isolated. If you prefer stay away from hustle & bustle in Chiangmai, Max’s place is 100% recommended! But if you would like to keep close to the city enjoying night life, it might be better to stay within the city, as it is 30mins distance by car to Chiangmai city.

Great and quiet place to stay, very walkable to the old city and many amenities

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Wan and Ing’s. It’s on a lightly traveled street convenient to Wat Phra Singh and 3 Kings Monument area. The apartment is very comfortable and the bedding/bathrooms/kitchen were perfect and spotless. The AC is strong. Many good restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of massage places are nearby as well. Wan and Ing are very responsive and helpful. This is a great value and we hope to stay again!

We loved our stay at Geoff and Yumi’s place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all of the amenities we needed - including incredibly fast internet. We’re already missing having breakfast on “the bridge” surrounded by the bougainvillea each morning. The local neighbourhood was perfect for us: peaceful, un-touristy, yet everything you needed was either a short walk or cycle away. The free to use mountain bikes were a fun way to explore the area with lots of local eateries and cafes to try! Geoff and Yumi were wonderful hosts- always available with helpful advice and great recommendations and, not to forget, their lovely cat, Misty, who would often pop by for some fuss. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much to you both.

Mameaw's place was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is located very close to the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The complex also boasts amazing amenities, including a gym, multiple pools, a co-working space, fast internet, and so much more. Mameaw was an incredibly thoughtful host. She always responded promptly to any questions. We highly recommend staying at Mameaw's place – it's a fantastic option for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and unforgettable experience. We would give 6 stars if we could!!!

I like the accommodation. Last year, it was noisy because it was under construction, but it's quiet and nice now. Grab taxis are good for people, so it's good for locals. If you go back to the back, it's good because it's a bar. I've been to all the surrounding buildings as if there are no facilities like this for long-term residents, and this is the latest. The owner also communicates well, and the view is the best in the room, and the view is good. Good

I had a really good stay for a month:) There is a Central Festival on foot, so it is easy to live No matter what you call Grab Bolt, it's fixed right away, so it's not difficult to move around. Water delivery is possible, and the main pool is sunny, so it's not too cold to swim in December. I like that the sunlight in the accommodation is so good the whole time. As a southern-facing accommodation, you can see the main pool from the veranda. The interior is the same accommodation as the photos, and there are rice cookers and dryers. Kitchen utensils are also provided, but the pots and pans look old and difficult to use. I bought and used two frying pans and a cutting board knife, etc. There was no place to put my shoes, so I bought a rack and left it. There are a few cleaning tools, and they provide about 6 large towels and small towels, but the laundry is dry, so you can use it enough for 2 people. However, if you are sensitive, please bring extra. The owner of the accommodation was very kind, and I want to use it again if I have a chance next time.

Great place, super convenient for Nimman, close to Maya mall. Host arranged weekly cleaner's which was very appreciated.

The Astra Condo is ideally located, walkable to the night markets and Old Town, yet comfortably away from all the late night noise and activities of those areas. The apartment is as described, we stayed for a week and felt really comfortable and at home. Natasa was a very responsive host, everything ran really smoothly and we have no issues recommending to others.

Very nice condo with good location, close to night market 10 mins, and old town 20mins, lots of restaurants nearby. Dao is a five star host always responsive and helpful, condo is very clean and have nice view, will come back again

This place is a gem as it’s close to everything 😍. Would definitely 💯 recommend staying here. The host is the best host ever, plenty of water provided with soda water and flexible check out time as well. 10/10 😍

Loved my stay at Jacinth’s place during my stay in Chiang Mai. She was very responsive and was always approachable. She was flexible with a check in and check out requests which was highly appreciated. Her place was clean and had all amenities that were listed. The location is walkable from the most happening neighbourhood of Chiang Mai.

Thank you for carefully stocking the household items for guests. The pool was so nice, and I was impressed with all the friendly instructions. I intend to use it again next time. ☺️

We loved staying in this apartment, small but super functional ! We loved the balcony and especially the incredible pool and overall the facilities ! Also it's walking to the night market ! We recommend 100%
