House vacation rentals in Mae Rim

I think this can be used as the last night's stay, because there are not many shops near the accommodation, it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the 7-11 on the road, it's a little dark on the road and it feels a little unsafe, but it's only a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient!!!The floor is a little dusty, I think it can be cleaned better, and the bed is too soft, as long as the person next to the pillow turns around, it's like an earthquake😅, but I think the Hostess's service is very good, she answers all questions, and the response speed is quite fast, each room in the house has an air purifier, and there is a big TV in the living room with very good sound and picture quality, and there is free water and drinks in the refrigerator, but alcohol is charged!Finally, there is a large swimming pool where friends and family can play, eat, and chat together. I think it's quite recommended overall!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

we absolutely loved our stay at J&T home. it was perfect for our family of four...it had so much room, was spotlessly clean, had beautiful views, was in a fantastic location with bars, restaurants, shops and temples nearby. John was a wonderful host and gave us recommendations for somewhere to do laundry and for things to do in the area. The pool was beautiful and he even made us some gorgeous mocktails!! we wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a place to stay in Chaing Mai.

The unit is squeaky clean, looks exactly like the pictures posted in the listing. The host is easy to talk to and giving clear instructions. Definitely perfect for vacation. :)

I had such a wonderful stay at Jin's place! Very relaxing, lovely garden and house surrounded by fruit trees. A great neighbourhood too, not too far from town, and the Chiang Mai - Lamphun road was very fun during Songkran. The whole family including doggie is super sweet and I felt very peaceful there. Thank you!

Excellent house . A short 20 minute drive from the centre . And 5 minutes away from the mountains. A great coffee shop at the end of the road serving croissants and cakes. Pizza & pasta options nearby if you want a break from Thai food . We used Grab which was straightforward. The kitchen is well equipped, comfy beds and a huge tv to watch. We loved the design of the pool as it wrapped around the house. The property is located in a gated development with security on site so you and your guests will be safe and secure .

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

Overall I had a brilliant stay, hosts are very responsive and helped me out massively with my visa. Host was super friendly and responsive. I will definitely be returning and would recommend the hosts 🫶

The whole experience was nice but it was raining heavily the water leaked in. The water soaked the towel on the floor and the area around the refrigerator, and I was very worried about the risk of electric leakage, especially since we have a 2.5-year-old child. Fortunately, the staff came immediately to handle it. Additionally, the screen door in the room is a bit difficult to open and close—it takes a lot of effort every time. Other than that, everything is great. The location is excellent and very safe, with many places within walking distance. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, and the room even provides recommendations for nearby attractions.

This is a wonderful Airbnb in the countryside an hour outside of Chiang Mai. The three of us stayed here after a day of exploring Doi Inthanon National Park, and this Airbnb is about a 90 minute drive away. Check in was so easy, Kannika was waiting for us as we pulled our car into the lot. Super personal. We were the only people staying that night. She made us feel comfortable and made us a gorgeous dinner of pizza and wine! The location is perfect. A wonderful escape from the bustle of the city in nature. Please keep in mind that this is a campground, so the level of cleanliness is different from a resort or formal hotel. Our room was beautiful, relaxing, and gave us everything we needed for the perfect staycation ❤️

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place and truly loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax outside. The area has a charming countryside feel, surrounded by lush greenery, banana and coconut trees, and rice fields. The drive to Chiang Mai’s central areas is reasonable, about 25-30 minutes to the more distant parts of the city. Jeffrey is an incredibly kind and helpful host—an outstanding host overall! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved the house and location. A great place to serve as a base for exploring Chiang Mai or just relaxing and enjoying the immediate surroundings (quiet, yet lots of nice cafes, restaurants, an art centre, etc).

The place is in a great location, fairly clean, and very walkable in the old city. Very easy access to transportation and local food and night bazaar. The location itself was very cozy, great AC and very comfortable bed after walking all day. We would recommend it to anyone staying in the old city.

We were a family of 8 and we were incredibly comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this house. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house was exactly as described in the posting. The house was in excellent condition but the best part of the booking was its location. Easy to walk to places and very convenient to do all we wanted to do. Also, the host was very helpful and went out of her way to help with suggestions for specific questions I had. She was quick to respond and left us with water, milk, juice and some fruit to enjoy as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to be more than comfortable. I would highly recommend this house.
