In the middle of a nature nest among an hotel and private condos. Ideal for back to fit retreat with meditation, yoga and sports activities. Better to have a rental car to easily go around since it’s a quiet and remote resort

We loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed, felt spacious for 8 people and there was good coffee nearby. 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Mon was very helpful and helped us organise cars whenever we needed. She was very attentive. Great stay do recommend

We absolutely loved our stay here, the Villa is absolutely gorgeous with the private pool area. Petchara and Alex were so helpful and gave us local recommendations. The bed was so comfortable!! The place itself is in a peaceful location and was really nice to relax. Would 100% recommend and come back.

Great accommodations👍🏻 Host and service staff are friendly and kind, always available to solve questions and help.The room is cleaned very well cleaned daily, and snacks and drinking water supplements are comparable to hotel services, and even more thoughtful, making people feel like home.The pool is clean, the children can swim every day, and the villa common area is always under maintenance and tidy up, it can be seen that it is operating with care, next time if I come to Chiang Mai, I will choose here again.

Very good host, reply promptly, fulfill all the requests that we asked. Nice villa but if the swimming pool more bigger will be perfect, it is just fit for 2 persons to swim at the same time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

Super nice villa, even water for drinking was provided directly. We were able to relax nicely. Ideal for a group of 6 people. Top equipped. Unfortunately a little noisy due to the 121.

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

This is one of the best Airbnb in Chiang Mai I have experienced. The house is surrounded by beautiful padi fields. The air is so fresh and the room are very well decorated. I will vote for them to be the top place to stay and chill during your vacation.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

This was a 2nd visit to Napat’s compound having stayed there Christmas of 2023. As before the stay was superb. She arranged EVERYTHING for us. Restaurants, cooking classes, hikes and the driver. The prepared breakfast every morning was excellent and the daily laundry service by the 2 house helpers made it a stress free vacation. She went the extra mile by preparing a birthday party for our 1 year old grandson and even purchased gifts for his 3 yo brother so we wouldn’t feel left out. You wouldn’t be able to find a better location or host in the Chiang Mai area. The pictures are accurate but what it doesn’t show is the warmth and hospitality we felt from Napat and the staff. If you don’t stay here you’re missing out.

It is fantastic to have free pick-up and drop off from the airport to villa. Also, we felt relax to enjoy an onsite chef made breakfast which were different every day. Pan allowed us to have western style, Pad Thai and meat ball soup noodles during our stay. The fruit and yogurt were great too! We had a good holidays in the villa.

As soon as I informed the owner, she responded almost immediately, providing four air purifiers—one for each room—to address the issue. Additionally, she went above and beyond by offering to pick up one of our guests who arrived late on a different flight, free of charge. I am deeply grateful for the owner’s prompt assistance and thoughtful efforts, which truly enhanced our trip.”

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

The house is beautiful and with multiple shared spaces it is perfect for groups - several couples, a work retreat, etc. There was a very kind and responsive housekeeper on-site in the house next door so if anything was needed or there were questions she was so helpful! Best with a car or motorbike but for those who like to walking there are also food stalls and restaurants nearby, but not as safe to reach after dark due to the road. But that doesn’t matter as the kitchen is fully equipped so if you bring your own food for cooking or bbq it’s perfect!! Place was even nicer than the photos and the whole experience wonderful for our group.

This is a vocation home with a big pool near Doi Saket (about 20 minutes from downtown). It is a good value for 3 bedrooms. Host owner is a very nice lady. Very responsive and friendly 😊

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.
