We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. Beautiful space right in the shadow of the mountain. We changed our booking dates last minute and Pearl was happy to accommodate. Would stay again!

Great place in a picturesque area on the top of the hill. Relaxing and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can also find nice cafes and shops down the hill within 10 min hike. Hosts are always ready to answer your questions and even organise a pick up. I'll definitely come back

The apartment was very well located, lots of really good restaurants and bars nearby, if you stay there you have to check out the garage cafe, it has the best Pham Thai in town.

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly and wonderful people, always willing to accommodate. Great food as well. The setting was even more beautiful and serene than expected, and well worth the long drive from the main road, just make sure you have your own transportation. We stayed here 2 nights and they cooked several meals for us, just pay a little bit extra. Awesome waterfall hike that you can start from the cabin. We were in town for the Shambhala festival and it was a bit far to drive, but overall satisfied with our choice and would do it again 100%

My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.

There are not even words to describe how comfortable, peaceful, and absolutely amazing our farm stay was! It is about a 20 min taxi ride (about $5) to the city center. Totally worth leaving the center for the peace and quiet of the farm! The birds, frogs, crickets, and other animals sounded beautiful to wake up to each morning. A traditional Thai breakfast was cooked for us each morning at the farm, using the herbs from the garden! We traveled with 3 kids (6,10,12) and 6 adults. Still pretty happy that our kids did not get trampled by the water buffalo when they did not listen and wait for the farmer to take them to visit the animals!! They offer an excursion for outside guests to learn about local farming techniques which you can pay for and join. There were only a few during the day, away from the cabins, and after 5pm it was very private and peaceful! Highly recommend this beautiful place in Chiang Mai!

We booked the treehouse. Amazing experience sleeping outdoors listening to animals, in a chic and protected environment. There is no restaurant or breakfast. But Kiki leaves something to have a quick breakfast. She is adorable, very responsive and did everything so we could have a great stay. The entire property is in the middle of nature, a few kilometers from Pai, for peaceful (much-loved) moments in lush nature. There are five adorable dogs. We had a great time and Kiki's welcome was really thoughtful, she gave us great tips (restaurants, massage...). We will happily go back for her and this beautiful place!

Soe was a great and helpful hostess! We really enjoyed our stay and could finally feel the true essence of Thailand staying here. The place is beautifully located, close to a nice, little village. There is a great place adjacent to the lodges, which is also ran by Soe where you can have a great diner and breakfast overlooking the fields! We were positively surprised by the place and would recommend everyone to stay here!

Fantastic area with very beautiful plants and garden, blessed with all kinds of fruit that you get served for breakfast! The owners Khun Nong & Khun Khit are always present and know all the questions answers! Extremely friendly and also interested in yours! Family and any staff, should not go unmentioned, especially the hearty housekeeper! Right from the start, they helped us find a "decent, strong" motorcycle - Doi Inthanon - to name just a destination where you need one;) Also, it's a little outside what we wanted and were looking for!... And found 😎 The fruit piece is incredibly good, - definitely take the Thai-Breakfast!! 😍 Ideal for spending the whole day, enjoying and/or also looking at the area around!! Authentic cooking kitchens, cultivation fields including water buffalo, as well as a market(dalaat) and a temple( Wat), can be explored and marveled there! If you appreciate it, book immediately ;)

This location is truly magical! We were concerned about the distance from town but this did not really impact our stay as the host was willing to set up rides for us anytime of day. The host was truly amazing and the best people we have met so far in Thailand. I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff here or the home. It was breathtaking and they were so kind and just wanted to do anything they could to make our stay more comfortable. They even offered breakfast and went out of their way to help us with laundry. Truly amazing location and people.

Sure! Here’s a more relaxed version: Loved every moment! Ming and Jake are amazing hosts! Ming is the heart of the place—always full of energy and spreading good vibes. The place itself is stunning, even better than I imagined. I felt like a Thai princess in my bungalow! The other guests were also super nice, which made the whole experience even better. The location is perfect—just a short, beautiful walk to the main area. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Ahn’s place was beautiful and scenic! The cabin is as described in the pictures and the cafe next door Lalamel served delicious food and drinks!
