Beautiful and spacious bungalow located on an organic farm with swimming pool. Enjoy life in the lush country side for a few days. Take a dip in the pool, play with the horses and dogs, go kayaking or have a beer at our outdoor fire place. Our farm is all about relaxing and taking in the beautiful life in the countryside.
“Just read a lot of reviews here. Give a very pertinent suggestion: If it is not a self-driving tour, you still live in the old town or Nimman Road. This host is very nice. The farm environment is also quite good. But the biggest bug that can't stand it is traffic and its inconvenience. We took a taxi from Chiang Mai Airport for 1,000 baht and nothing around! Nothing! I spent a long time at the farm that night and it was really boring. The next day I took a taxi for 1,000 baht ... and returned in the old town at night for 800 baht ... After staying for two nights on the third day I went out again for 1,000 baht in the morning ... Unless you bring children to experience nature and adults are left out, I really do n’t recommend it. We had a separate building, and we had to take off our shoes, but the whole living room and room was covered with ash, a layer of ash ... In the end, we only had one dinner, and the charge was 300 baht. The taste was very disappointing. However, since we moved to the downtown area, taxis have basically cost 100 to 200 baht. If it's not for children, I really like it, I'm really disappointed.”
Welcome to our Modern/Traditional country home! We have private guest rooms in our spacious house with large garden and even seasonal rice paddies/flowers field outside your window! We are living here too but don't mind sharing the living room, dining room, kitchen, decks, and garden. Breakfast is included!
“The week-end vacation is coming to an end. The next three days are my most enjoyable time. I booked the home “Morden Thai Home” of Pann and Jeab on Airbnb. This is the most comfortable home I have lived in since using airbnb. A home that embodies the spirit of airbnb. The yard is super beautiful. There is a large field in the backyard. Seasonal flowers are planted every season. The interior of the house is simple and tasteful, and there is a very rich breakfast every morning. The host, Pann, works in a boy protection organization, and the hostess, Jeab, manages the hotel. He is enthusiastic but does not disturb guests. Jeab's uncle lived next door and was a flight attendant when he was young. He is now a teacher at Chiang Mai University and lives alone.舅舅 's house is also particularly good-looking, and will probably be placed on airbnb around April this year. Everyone who comes to Chiang Mai, please come to Mae Rim for a few days, and please stay at "Morden Thai Home" to ensure that you do not want to leave. Highly recommend this house which I lived for 3 days. It's located in Mae Rim, it takes around 1 hour from airport here, quite beautiful and cozy, Mon Cham and the Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden are not far away from here, the house is totally same as the photos. The owners are also very very kind, I like to talk with them and will miss them when I go back.”
Set in the rice fields at the bottom of the mountains just 21km North of Chiang Mai, on the edge of the village of Huai Sai. We have many major tourist attractions locally and some within just a 10 minute cycle ride on flat country roads.
“We cannot thank Pete and Ying enough for their wonderful hospitality on their beautiful resort. TL;DR - top notch hosts and incredible surroundings! We were welcomed so warmly and given loads of tips which made our stay here so much more enjoyable. There’s some incredible waterfalls nearby that have almost no tourists around at all that I’m certain we’d never have found out about if we hadn’t stayed here. We rented a bike/scooter from Pete and Ying which was super handy and meant we even made a trip all the way up to Pai with plenty of help and advice to make sure we got there safely and happily. The resort itself is beautifully built, surrounded by rice paddys and loads of beautiful sounds and smells. We saw one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen and at night got to enjoy a drink in Pete’s bar while watching the bats and listening to the beautiful wildlife surrounding us. This was such a nice contrast to our stay in the city and I’d heartily recommend a stay here to anyone. If you’re lucky in the evening you’ll also get to meet Jaidee the pig 😍 along with the two adorable resident dogs! For any veggies or vegans heading to Chaing Mai - let Ying know before you come and she’ll make sure you’re well fed with no nasty surprises! Thanks so much again for a magical stay in Northern Thailand! I hope we’ll return in future!”
