Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maddalena Island

Alicia is very friendly, she answered all my questions quickly. The apartment is impeccable, well-equipped with everything you need!! I would rent it again!!

we had a wonderful time in Bonifacio. In the house you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The environment is quiet and beautiful. The communication with Hubert was very adequate and we always got response. we recommend this place.

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

The apartment of Italo is very clean and has everything you need. Italo was helpful and received us with an extensive tour in and around the apartment. The underground parking is a nice bonus. We expected more from Olbia but recommend this apartment to those who are passing through Sardinia and are looking for a place to stay in Oblia for a few nights.

Can not fault the location of this property. We enjoyed both the beach and pool nearby and a few other beaches on la Maddalena and further down the coast. Very helpful and responsive host. We would very much like to come back another time and recommend to family and friends. Going in May seemed to be a quiet enough time to go where everything had a nice buzz and the pool and beaches were not over crowded. Do be mindful of pot holes and the edges of the roads as we ended up with a flat tyre on route.

We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation! :) The place is nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need. We cooked every night and nothing was missing.. the bed was cozy and there were, among other things, beach toys, a music box and good Wi-Fi. The contact with Ahmed was straightforward and friendly:) It's a good idea to have a bike or car, but the location is great for exploring the north of the island! You can enjoy the tranquility and see the sea from the terrace! We would definitely book this place again!:)

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Our 9-day stay went very well and the house is true to the photos. We were able to enjoy Bonifacio and its surroundings, the landscapes are really beautiful, the sea as well as the mountains. Our 8 year old daughter loved it! Angélique is very responsive and provides very good advice. We recommend this place and look forward to returning to this beautiful island! We look forward to welcoming you!

We had a lovely stay at Manuela's place in Golfo Aranci. The terrace looking down to the sea was a beautiful setting for breakfasts, dinners and cosy evenings. With a car we could easily travel around the whole of Costa Smeralda, visiting a nearby vineyard, lovely beaches, and up to the Archipelago de La Maddelena. Manuela's place had all you needed for a self-catered stay, well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙂

Bea was amazing, her communication from the start was 2nd to none, she was super quick to respond and so helpful. The cottage was lovely, the views were simply stunning. It was so peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful few days and would definitely come back again. Thank you Bea.

We spent two nights in Bonifacio at Antoinette's home. It was an incredible place with great views of both the sea and the city. Walking distance to everything you could need. Great place in a very charming city.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Clean house and great location. The hosts show sympathy, and were always on hand to respond to messages when we needed them. We are very grateful.

This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

Excellent apartment, very close to the beach and restaurants etc. Marina was very welcoming and helpful. It was a perfect place to stay and to relax after a busy couple of weeks moving around the island. Very chill, beautiful views, highly recommend.

Perfectly positioned - within a couple of minutes of a supermarket, 5 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Bonifacio Citadel, so a fantastic location. Very modern apartment, with all modern furnishings and appliances. Lovely balconies to sit on (though the road can sometimes be a little noisy in the daytime). Charlotte the host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Mara is a very kind and helpful hostess. The accommodation has everything you need, we felt at home. The location is great, numerous good restaurants are within walking distance, many fantastic beaches can be reached by car in 10-30min. The cheap Eurospin can be reached in 3 minutes by car and at the port there is a public fitness area, which is a good 10 minutes away by jogging. We had a great time at this great place and will be happy to come back! :)

This place far exceeded expectations. Nicer than the photos. The new renovations are beautifully done and the house is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, everything for kids etc). The area is also beautiful: incredible view, easy access to the private beach, and short drive to Porto Cervo and incredible beaches. Giulia was awesome. Very responsive, gave good local tips, and even messaged us to give beach recommendations based on how the wind was blowing so we’d have the calmest waters for our kids. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location Always cool apartment with the possibility of using air conditioning (it remains cool, however, even without) a very comfortable parking space that is essential for Porto Rotondo. The apartment is in one of the quietest areas of Porto Rotondo and is very close to both the center of the village and Ira beach (definitely the most beautiful in Porto Rotondo). Great veranda for lunch and dinner in peace. Elena was very helpful, very kind and always punctual in her communications ... highly recommended
