Elena's place is nestled in the small village of Ferentillo. It is an easy 25 minute bus ride to the nearest train station. If you're looking top experience authentic Umbria in a small, intimate setting, then you should consider staying here. If you're a cyclist or hiker, there are plenty of amazing gravel, dirt and mountain bike trails right from the house.

There weren’t many places to stay in the area and we found this little gem. I love having a kitchen when I travel since it saves money. Great little apartment. Had everything. Great stay. Comfortable. Make sure to follow Laura’s instructions since Google doesn’t lead you to the right place.

I stayed with my partner for 4 nights in this wonderful little house in an evocative village, very clean, cozy and complete with everything. The morning view of the Umbrian hills and the terrace over the valley and the river were my favorite things. There's peace and nature all around. We specifically chose a place so withdrawn, so it was not a problem for us to then take the car to visit the surroundings or go to a supermarket 5/10 min away. Giacomo was also super helpful, kind and responsive, we immediately felt welcome. I appreciated the total freedom of check-in and check-out and the flexibility of the schedules. Overall, a holiday that will remain in my heart, highly recommended.
