Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lugano

It's a nice location. Close to the lago. It felt like home beautiful layout. Had beautiful weather and enjoyed the house with the dogs and the possibilities in the area. Paolo received us well gave us a good explanation of the house.

We had a fantastic stay in Roberto's apartment. It is in a great location in the middle of the town with everything on the doorstep. It was also quiet. Couldn't ask for more as far as amenities qnd equipment. Roberto was very helpful with great recommendations, especially the restaurant on Isla Pescatorei. Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Elena's place. Due to their warm and open manner, we immediately felt at home or with friends. The apartment is very nice and child-friendly, ideal for our 1-year-old child. Elena was very easy to reach and was also able to give us valuable tips for things to do in the nearby area. We highly recommend the place, especially for families with small children.

He was a friendly and caring host. The garden of the house is incredibly beautiful. We were pleased.

Our stay was wonderful! It is very evident that the host takes much pride in providing hospitality. The place was sparkling clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all sorts of baked goods , coffee machine and even some fresh perishable goods in the fridge. Plenty of condiments. The beds were very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the shower pressure and water temperature. The place is about 20 mins away from como lake/attractions and we felt it was perfect. You can enjoy but then come back to a more quiet relaxing neighborhood. There are also grocery stores close by. You can’t go wrong with this place. A+ amazing! Also spacious garage parking.

Guglielmo’s AirBNB apartment was a delight! Spacious, well-appointed, bright, airy and quiet. Lovely cafe table outdoor seating at the front of the apartment and large garden behind the apartment. Large grocery 15 minutes away on foot, “old city” restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Guglielmo’s job prevents quick reactions, but he always responds,addresses any questions and strives to accommodate his guests. We would definitely rebook with Guglielmo if we return to Como. We highly recommend this AirBNB.

Cozy, practical and functional home. The bedding is really good, there is enough space in the garage for an SUV. However, we were unable to recharge the battery of the latter at home but we made up for it at the terminals in the vicinity. It's really a house where life is good, with a very nice garden, the children were really happy to be able to play there.

A perfect host and apartment. The location is close to the city center yet very quiet. The rooftop balcony is definitely the highlight. Everything is fully equipped. Staying in an apartment that combines historic charm with modern amenities was a real pleasure during our trip. The host usually responded to our questions within 10 minutes and was so kind to let us park in her space and we were truly touched. Highly recommended for families traveling together.

Carla’s place so so cute and cozy and had the best views. We felt right at home. She had super helpful instruction on check-in and listed several restaurants she recommended. We really liked Taverna Malanotte in Bellano. Also, the spa was great and was a highlight of our trip!

I recommend this place. The views are stunning, and the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and decently equipped. It's quiet, like a gated community, with lovely gardens and a good selection of mostly Italian books. The bed and pillows were great, and the internet was decent. The pool and lake are both refreshing—just get in and you’ll warm up. Restaurants nearby were excellent, especially Vapore for the view. There’s also a lakeside bar that looked great, though I didn’t try it. Paola was helpful and responsive. Note: the apartment could use a full-length mirror, hairdryer, and ironing facilities (Paola, if I'm wrong please correct me). There’s no grocery store within safe walking distance, so stock up beforehand. Access to the car park and transporting luggage is tricky due to steep paths, but a funicular may help soon. Como is a pleasant nearby city. Driving can be tight and twisty—go slow and don’t let locals rush you. It's all part of the area's charm. I hope to return.

We had the best time at Anna’s it was the perfect spot for our group. Her place was spacious and clean with gorgeous views of the lake. The walking path was right out the door and lead to some yummy restaurants. The Ferry station for the boats was right where the walking path ends, about 5-8 mins walk from the apartment. We have no complaints. We had the best time!!

Luka is a very friendly and pleasant person. As soon as you arrive, he is there to welcome you and explain the entire stay in French or English. We only stayed one night but it was very nice… Thanks See you soon ✌️

David and Rozeta are excellent hosts. they were responsive. Rozeta helped us checkin, show us the apartment, and provided tips for sight seeing. she permitted us for a slightly later checkout. she also informed us of the free street parking. it was a bit hard to drive to this location after dark, and to carry luggage down several steps. But, David helped us after checkout.

Antonio is a very likeable host. We really liked the accommodation and the great garden. Unfortunately, it was too cold for a dip in the pool around this time of year. I'm sure that's great in the summer 😊

Our stay at Laura's place was great. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the photos and the complex itself is very nice and well maintained. It is great to escape the hustle and bustle of the lake, and at the same time you are very quickly in the middle of it (a car is recommended with a small baby, however). Everything necessary for our baby was in the accommodation (even dishes) and our child was also welcome. We felt completely comfortable and say thank you to you, Laura, for your hospitality. The communication was great and we were very pleased with the numerous tips.

We had an amazing time an Christians place! More than enough room and a gorgeous view over the town! For larger groups a good stay as there was also more than enough space to cook and eat in. The location is just a little out of the Center and quite a steep walk back up. There are public transport options but just something to be aware of. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is wonderful, very comfortable, and welcoming. My son loved the toys and the garden, which made our experience even more special. The host was extremely helpful, always available to assist us with tips and suggestions that made a big difference in our trip. I highly recommend this house and hope to return soon with my family!

Great place to stay in Suna!

The place is in a great location. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good condition. Unfortunately, the beds were a little uncomfortable. We'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay!

Very nice, warm house with stunning views of Lake Como. Be careful, it's a climb! Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house is in a very good location. It is located on the Green Way which allows you to take a superb walk along the lake through the villages. Lenno Harbor is a 20-minute walk away via the Green Way. This avoids taking the car to pick up the boat and visit Bellagio and Varenne. Parking spaces are indeed limited along the lake.
