Waterfront vacation rentals in Lucerne

I can’t say enough how much we loved our stay at this Airbnb! Incredible views, amazing accommodations and a very responsive host! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend! If/when I ever come back, I would love to stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about Pietro, Fabian and the townhouse. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Luzern, near the river and Chapel Bridge and a short walk to the train station. Pietro and Fabian were quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. They reached out the day before our stay to make sure we had a plan to meet so checking in was a breeze. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5 to be able to maximize our short 2 days in Luzern. We hope to plan a longer visit soon and will definitely try to stay here again. If you can book the Townhouse for your stay I highly recommend it!

Great house by the water with a beautiful patio. I recommend it for a stay for 2 people. Sleeping on the sofa bed for 2 people can be a little tiring.

If you are looking to explore Central Switzerland then this place is a perfect place to use as a hub. The apartment was just as described and in fact more spacious than we expected. The views are spectacular over the lake and the mountains. The host was very helpful and responsive and was quick to answer all our questions. The location is easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the lake, the village of Weggis and the boat stop. We took the boat into Luzern which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend the Appartment and will definitely return when back in the area.

My family stayed 6nights at Katerinas place and had a lot of fun. The views and surroundings are amazing. Both the train stations are walkable from the apartment. Just keep in mind that it doesn’t have a lift, so you’ll have to climb stairs after a long day of exploring. Of course, katerina had mentioned this to us as well before confirming the reservation.

Our stay was exceptional with an extraordinary view of Lake Brienz. A serene and tranquil spot for lodging in Switzerland. The residence is immaculate and impeccably kept. Transport is easily accessible with a bus stop located right in front of the house. A quick 10-minute ride to the supermarket and Interlaken Ost. The convenience of reaching Grindelwald was a major plus. And let's not forget, Rosmarie is incredibly friendly and delightful. Definitely a place I would revisit when traveling to Switzerland in the future.

we stayed in this apartment with my children and we can't be happier. We were provided with a crib for my 1 year old daughter and on the floor there was also a baby chair. In addition to the commodity of the house, the location could not be better. I want to thank you again for coming right away to open the door for us as we had a bug and left the keys inside. In less than 15 min they arrived to help us and resolve the issue! incredible service and customer service!

Very spacious and beautiful house.

House is amazing, very big and comfortable. Equipped just like in my own home, it had everything we needed. The location is great (I had a car), right at the center of Switzerland and in the vicinity of pretty much every trendy place in Switzerland (1 hour drive at max) House sits right on the lake so when it’s warm outside you can go swimming or just walk along the lake All over, I can definitely tell this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever had.

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. Jeanette and her son personally welcomed us and showed and explained everything. The house was very clean and you immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are super comfortable and not totally worn out as is often the case. If questions came up in between, Jeanette was always easy to reach and you got a quick answer. There really is nothing to complain about at this vacation home. Thanks for the wonderful time at your place

Although the road to the apartment is a narrow mountain road with only one lane for both directions, so you need to be careful when driving, and it’s not very convenient if you’re using public transportation, I really liked this place. The host was extremely friendly and provided very detailed and accurate instructions for check-in. The house was clean and fully equipped (just missing a proper kitchen knife for slicing meat), but overall I was very satisfied.

Very beautiful, by the Rhine, very close to the Rhine Falls. The owner's cat is very cute and welcomes guests!

We (family with two children) spent a wonderful week in Lina's apartment. Lina welcomed us very nicely and also gave us a few tips for the surrounding area. The location directly on the Seerhein is optimal: you can quickly reach the old town on foot, but also have several restaurants/beer gardens directly on the shore and can also enjoy the very relaxed shore atmosphere. At the same time, you can also travel quickly by car to make excursions. The balcony is huge and has both sun and shade all afternoon, as you want. The apartment is in perfect condition, the beds are very pleasant. Absolutely recommended!

We already had a very good feeling when booking. Both with Peter and with the place and the surroundings. Upon our arrival, we found a snow-covered landscape that deeply impressed us!! The property is located on the slope overlooking the nearby pond and views of the Alps. Very clean and modern vacation home! The time spent with Peter and the neighbors was very harmonious. The whole environment blew our minds. A must for nature lovers! We consistently had consistently fantastic weather with snow, sunshine and bright blue skies. Simply heavenly, enchanting, magical!!! Many thanks to Peter and Heike for this soothing break!

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

It is an excellent option to live a special and different experience since you are surrounded by mountain and nature and beautiful views, the house is located just in front of the train stop so it is very practical to go to points of interest

Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!
