This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. Within walking distance it is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new.
