Lovely small place with everything one could possibly need and close to the town's centre.

We had a great time at Franco's place! Everything was perfectly clean and clear to make our arrival easy. Our host was more than responsive to make sure the stay went smoothly. The property is true to the photos, clean, the bedding is excellent. Only one trash can is missing in the kitchen that could be convenient ☺️ We would recommend this listing!

An amazing location sitting high enough up, for 24/7 beautiful views of the sea and mountains, quite peaceful. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area! The stone bbq was a plus ! Outdoor dining table & lounge chairs on both sides of the house to enjoy the sun all day. Less than 10 minutes to the city of Orosei, where even at this time of the year, we found cafes, restaurants, groceries and some retail open. This house could be your base to visit other towns, not too far away. The beach, is also a quick drive from the house, and at this time of the year, there were only a handful of locals taking a beautiful walk along the shore. Laura is the perfect host! Always caring and concerned if everything was ok, and if we needed anything extra! Our next trip to Sardinia, will definitely include Orosei and this perfect gem!

We really enjoyed the time. Although you were completely on your own, the nearest beach was only 3 minutes away and the nearest supermarket was only 9 minutes away. Our daughter could play there all day on the terrace. Also the outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen were very nice to spend the whole day outside. for us it was the perfect holiday.
