La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

It was a house of my dreams. Literally. It has its own spirit, atmosphere, character, charm and it was cozy and absolutely amazing! The hosts - I couldn’t imagine them better! I am pretty confident that we’ll be back, since everything I love about Abruzzo was max half an hour drive. Thank you very much for having us there!

Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

El departamento es excelente, muy bien ubicado para hacer todo caminando. Nos sentimos seguros incluso de salir de noche con nuestros hijos. Un poco ruidos ya que es el centro de varios bares pero vale la pena quedarse aquí igual. Todo estaba impecable y funcionando.

What a perfect location for our adventures! Across the river from St Peter’s Square, easy walk to other historical sites. Restaurant right downstairs adopted our group as family, great pizza! Another restaurant and a cafe across the street, could have stayed right on the street if we didn’t want to explore Roma. Would absolutely stay here again!

Marco was a great host! He was helpful, responsive and even had a couple recommendations. His airbnb is in a perfect location being safe, but also close to main attractions. We went to the restaurant across the street multiple times (Negresco).

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Trastevere, Rome, and the experience was truly enjoyable. Located in a lively neighborhood, it provided easy access to excellent restaurants, cozy cafes, and vibrant local culture. The host was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing useful local tips. Although modest, the apartment was a great base for exploring Trastevere’s narrow streets and unique attractions, making my stay memorable and convenient in every way. Highly recommended for any visitor, definitely.

We had a nice stay, the apartment was as shown in the pictures with a beautiful view. Simona was very helpful and flexible and she went out of her way to make sure that our stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Отличный домик в тихом месте , отличная точка отправления во многие достопримечательности, красивое озеро неподалёку, в квартире есть абсолютно все для жизни , до самых мелочей , отличная кухня , порадовало наличие балконов из каждой комнаты . Спасибо за все , надеемся что ещё вернёмся

Claudia was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest people you could meet! The setting was peaceful and serene. Beds, bathrooms, linens were squeaky clean. Easy commute to Rome by car or train. Great stay, thank you! Have fun with your trimmer!

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Fotos – alles war genauso schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber - man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Ebenso war das Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage war herrlich ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Unser Auto konnten wir privat und absolut sicher parken, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Emanuele und Ana sind die perfekten Gastgeber – super freundlich, herzlich und stets erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief ohne große Probleme, und wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Es war jederzeit spürbar, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Ale’s home! The house is charming, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and relaxing. Ale and his co-host, Laura, were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful place just outside of Rome, I highly recommend this home!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.
