This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Host was very nice. This place is super cute. Very stylish and fashionably decorated. Nice bathroom. Very close to most attractions. Host was accommodating with securing transfers from airport to apartment and holding luggage at checkout. However, it was cumbersome to find a taxi at departure (to our next destination). In apartment booklet on Wi-Fi, was helpful. Lots of stairs but Joey was kind to transport our luggage. Five stars. If ever in Rome, I'd stay here 10 out of 10!

Our home in Rome! This place exceeded our expectations. The place had all the amenities we could need. Well thought through. Alojsia was great to communicate and was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Staying here was fantastic! We were met and helped to understand everything about the space and the area. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfy. It had charm and amenities and was very comfortable and clean. Laura and Roberto were wonderful- kind and responsive.

With steps away from most everything - the location was perfect. If not close, a taxi stand and a bus route was right outside the door. The place was exactly as described, so clean and perfect for us. The place was very secure too - which is nice in the hustle and bustle of Rome. The host was very responsive and helped us with early check in and transportation services. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Giovanna was an excellent host and quickly accessible at all times. The house is very nice with a very nice large garden with old trees such as olive trees and other trees. Right next to the house is the parking space in the shade. The pool is in the middle of the garden and there are beautiful shady places to linger on the provided loungers. Here you can really relax after sightseeing in Rome or Tivoli and end the day with good wine and food. Fantastic. The house is new and very tastefully decorated inside and equipped with air conditioning, which we did not use. The new washing machine and dishwasher have also proven useful. The beds are also excellent for sleeping. In summary, it was a fantastic stay.

Anna and Francesco were wonderful hosts. They were friendly and always helpful with great suggestions for site seeing. Their sweet dog, Achilles, was very cute and friendly. We already miss him! We had a great visit and would not hesitate to stay again. Gracie!
