This place is fantastic! Very well built, strong materials, very clean, elegant interiors. We would return in a heartbeat.

Rubens was very responsive from booking onwards. Our outgoing flight was delayed and he was very understanding and helpful. The house is beautiful and was opposite a lovely restaurant where the staff were very friendly and the food was great. The bedrooms are really spacious and there was plenty of hanging space as well as 2 hairdryers. The house has lots of character and quirky features and the garden was bright and colourful with a gorgeous sea view. We had hired a car for the week and we were just a short drive from some stunning beaches. I would definitely recommend for others to stay here and would love to return in the summer season.

Great location! Only a 10-20 minute ride to the beaches, bars, and restaurants we were visiting. Liliana was super helpful, lovely, and responsive, greeting us in the middle of the night for our arrival. The apartment looks just like the photos. I loved the private garden and ocean view, the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative things were that there were no beach towels, so I recommend to bring your own. The bins were really far away so we had to drive down to dispose of the trash.

This apartment is great. Located in a beatiful quiet bay at Costa Smeralda. Big terrace with an amazing view. Very cosy interiour, felt like home. Marco was a great host, always reachable and helpful. Around this area you can get to a lot of beautiful beaches and places just a short car ride. Marco provided a lot of local recommendations. We loved this place.
