From the booking procedure through to the end of our stay, Mark made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He was warm, friendly and very prompt in answering any questions. Good location, homely and has a great outdoor area to enjoy a bqq and chat. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms. On behalf of our group of five, thank you Mark for making our weekend really enjoyable.

Paris’s place was beautiful and kept very clean and tidy. Perfect location - walking distance to shops and restaurants etc. Paris was great to communicate with and she was flexible with our check in and check out times, which we highly appreciated! Great stay, thanks Paris 😁

We had a lovely family weekend away at Oahn’s place. The pool table combined with the views was amazing and the access to the beach within 20 metres was the cherry on top!

Lovely 2 bedroom house in quiet location with small enclosed backyard perfect for our small dog. Also has an enclosed single garage including roller door. House has everything supplied including extra food items. Has stayed here a few times and would come back again

We booked last minute and we're so happy with the property. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our two dogs.

The accommodation was cosy and peaceful, and suited all our needs whilst we were stopping through for the night on our way to Kangaroo Island ! The homemade bread, bottle of wine, and ready made fire was an added bonus! The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive!

Love staying at Lisa's place with my dogs. Very comfortable home with a fabulous yard for the dogs to run and play in. Have stayed a few times already and will go back again . Port MacDonnell is a lovely little beach town with great cafes etc Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at John's Place in Port Macdonnell! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable getaway. John's hospitality was top-notch, and his recommendations for local spots to visit and eat were on point. We especially loved exploring the nearby coastal areas and dining at the local eateries he suggested. The kids had a great time, and we all felt right at home. We’ll definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at JJ's residence. It was a moments walk to the beach, a playground and the main strip where all the restaurants and cafes are located. Despite being in the heart of Robe, it was quiet, cosy and peaceful. Highly recommended for any singles, couples or small families travelling to Robe.

Great little spot to spend a few nights away. You are situated on the waterfront of the Corong with a great view of natural sand dunes and surrounded by a birds paradise. A beautiful spot to relax on the deck, straight away you feel a sense of relaxation and ease. Sitting there in the morning as the birds fly around singing and enjoying the native garden, and relaxing into the evening watching the sun go down. Our 2 year old loved exploring the garden too and did many laps on his bike. A great feature was the kayaks. The current was strong in the afternoon and calm in the mornings. Best of all we got to bring our dog who loved the trip so much, he definitely lost some weight and slept so well at a days end. We didn’t do too much exploring of the area as we just mostly enjoyed the home and relaxing in the nature.

The Cottage far exceeded our already high expectations (going by the photos, description and other reviews). We had the most wonderful stay. We absolutely loved the country feel and we LOVED the animals! The wood fire was so cosy, the bed was very comfortable and loved the gorgeous window in the bathroom. Everything about this cottage was beautiful. Leanne was an exceptional host, so kind and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Waking up to the birds singing, the fresh country air and beautiful view was a real treat. It was such an enjoyable stay that our boys want to live there! Can’t wait to come back again.

Beautiful little historic cottage in Penola. ideal for 4 people to relax and explore the Coonawarra. Well presented with thoughtful decoration and amenities. Wood fireplace came supplied with kindling and wood for a few days and was appreciated in a cool September week. Lovely garden and well maintained.

Great location, about 30 seconds walk from the main street, yet far enough back to be nice and quiet. Also backed onto coastal trail walk. House was lovely to stay in, with really comfortable beds. And Annie had left lots of extras in the fridge for us, including a bottle of wine, as well as chocolates on the table. A true dog friendly home, with plenty of back yard which was well enclosed with no fear of dog escaping. Off street parking, not that it was needed in June, but I imagine it would be needed in summer months. Excellent value. Annie is a great host.

We are returning guests - though it is a few years. Loved Sarah’s Cottage as much as last time. The fresh flowers throughout the cottage are such a lovely and personal touch. Thank you for your efforts to preserve and share such a wonderful piece of Penola’s history. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
