Hi thank you for looking.The home is located one house back from the front sea view road, there are still sea views from the lounge room and kitchen windows, its around 50mtrs to the cliff edge where you can walk down to the foreshore, or even continue on to portland town centre..With a brand new bathroom , updated kithchen, and laundry,recently painted, and all the amenities you should require for a pleasant stay overnight or long term. Now Netflix also on , TV in dining, lounge and bedroom.

My place is close to Mt Schank. You’ll love my place because of the location.,because its on an island in a lake , filled with big trout, where you can fly fish; but you dont have to fish, you can stay only. What you catch you may release again if quickly and not damaged, if you wish to take to eat you have to pay $10 per kilo, also some redfin perch are now big enough to eat.
