This stay was very convenient for those wishing to go to Poipu Beach (a short walk). They provided plenty of beach equipment- chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. Very nicely decorated as well. The only drawback was the very squeaky bed - not the most comfortable!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai. The lanai faced directly out over the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. The beach was very private and not that many people. Beautiful sand and the waves were very calm. There were also a lot of shops within walking distance of our unit. Also, the long walking path was right outside the condo so we were able to go for nice walks every morning.

Just an amazing location!! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the back patio with the new furniture listening to the waves and looking out on the ocean was incredible!! Can’t imagine a better location. We could hear the waves from everywhere in the condo and falling asleep to the waves was fantastic! Roz was a great host and provided tons of local recommendations and was always very prompt getting back to us if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

Very comfortable room, perfectly equipped, thank you very much for all of the little attentions. We were looking for a place within the Hanelei Bay Resort in order to have easy access to Puu Poa beach, it didn't disappoint!

Great place. Comes with towels, amenities, and is walkable to the beach. Only the top room has AC so the rest of the house does get a little hot.

Wow - Lani's condo surpassed our expectations! It not only was exactly as pictured, but had a thoughtful layout and included items that were very helpful but didn't expect. Somethings I especially appreciated were: - Surfaces and storage exactly where we needed them. Empty drawers and surfaces at the front door, bedside, in the bathroom, by the backdoor were perfect for staying organized and efficient during our stay. I also loved the two medicine cabinets in the bathroom for keeping our toiletries organized. - The shower. The shower is spacious and has hooks for swim suits and high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. So great!! - The pullout sofa was comfortable to sleep on - not something you really expect to find! - The kitchen had a great layout with lots of counter space for us to cook and arrange our groceries. - The surrounding landscaping and views. All the landscaping in Princeville is impeccable, and around the condo is no exception.

We had a fabulous vacation! The condo is in a great location and was a great home base to explore the rest of the island. The condo was clean and comfortable with great Hawaiian vibe decor. The provided beach chairs and umbrella came in clutch. And it was super nice having the laundry room so close. Terra and Marc are great hosts. We'd definitely stay again!

An incredible, private and comfortable detached Ohana in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located and walkable to numerous shops, restaurants and the ocean (beaches). We met the owners-sweet, cheery and kind people. Thank you both!! Shaka to you both!! We would definitely stay again in the future. :-) Aloha & Mahalo!!

we loved our stay on the rocks, being able to sit in the evening and watch the waves crash in was magical and truly a unique experience

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

The house was great for a group! Check-in/out was keyless but couldn’t do either early or late. Didn’t hear from Jake during our stay

The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly, which we really appreciated. We booked last minute, and while the property wasn’t ready upon arrival, the host promptly sent a cleaner to take care of it. Once everything was taken care of, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The view is absolutely wonderful, and despite the initial hiccup, we would definitely book this place again!

James and Sara’s place exceeded our expectations. Incredible location in Poipu, a beautiful “studio” suite with all the amenities you want including a private pool and efficiency kitchen, very responsive hosts, and a truly great value considering this area is in high demand. I would stay again, and I highly recommend these excellent accommodations!

Matthew’s place was an absolute dream! Thoughtfully designed and full of charm, with a breathtaking view — truly a hidden gem. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a bit worried about not having A/C, but it turned out we didn’t need it — the ocean breeze was perfect. We also loved having access to beach gear and bikes — such a fun bonus! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

Great view of the beach, close to some shopping and restaurants, and tucked back away from the main highway. Wonderful place to stay.

The condo that Milo and his wife Theresa list is spectacular! The location couldn't be any better, its walkable to several surrounding stores and restaurants. The main thing is how close it is to the beach! Aside from how well the condo was furnished and decorated, one thing that stood out to my wife and I is how sound proof the place is, made it great for having littles sleeping. This condo had many kitchen gadgets, utensils, Tupperware/dishes, coolers, reusable water bottles, pack n play, and chairs that made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to go back and spend another week is his wonderful Airbnb. He was a very responsive and great host. Thanks again Milo and Theresa! Mahalo 🤙

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love it. Great location, great view, and great value! George is extremely responsive and a very helpful host. I’m sure we would stay here again on our next trip!

The view!! We watched turtles from the lanai, and beautiful sunrises. And the surroundings were dark enough to see a gorgeous night sky when it was clear. The condo was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Easy walk to several beaches, short drive to several others. Walked over to the Beach House for happy hour. Close to restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great little gem of a spot. Dolphins and whales jumping off just a few 100yards from the balcony. Amazing sun rises. Pecan breakfast sweets just across the road.

We spent a week In the condo for our honeymoon and the condo was amazing. The grounds were meticulously maintained and beautiful. The onsite restaurant was fabulous we had our best meal there and the service was top notch. Jann was wonderful to work with and very responsive/communicative. We had an amazing time and couldn’t think of another place we would rather have spent our honeymoon.
