The apartment is modern and well equipped for a city trip. A nice market is in walking distance and it's also possible to reach the center by foot if you don't want to take public transport. We enjoyed our stay at Andrea's place and would come back in the future.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and the host was friendly and responsive especially for any unforeseen issues. Would definitely recommend to others! It is also walking distance to many beautiful attractions.

Ember’s apartment was hands down the best. She was a responsive host and extremely helpful. She made sure we knew how to use the key and locks. She met us at the door. The apt was clean and exactly how it was described. It was very quiet and had a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and kitchen efficient. It had access to the bustling city outside and convenient to public transportation anywhere we wanted to go. We could not have asked for a better place. Grazie Ember!

We loved the location because of the proximity to the train station and metro. It made getting around the city very easy. We absolutely loved the apartment because it was spotless and well designed with a large balcony. Guido's thoughtfulness and attention to detail was second to none. lovely place to be! we got super welcome. Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. This apartment is located very close to the Colosseum. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and the hop on hop off bus was also pretty close. There are three locks that you must use to enter the apartment. You will need to use your phone, so make sure that your battery does not go dead. At the end of each day both my husband and my phone was pretty much dead. We carried a battery with us. Falis was wonderful because she let us put our luggage into the unit early. Otherwise, I don’t know what we would’ve done. We were coming from a cruise and the ship gets in really early. The unit itself is very clean. It is small, but it worked for us. Do keep in mind that the shower is tiny even smaller than a cruise ship shower. Also, you will need to supply your own body wash and shampoo. Luckily, I did have some of that with me otherwise we would’ve had to go shopping. The home is very modern. And I really liked that. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

Staying with Jette and Antonio was a great experience. They are friendly, warm people and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet on their vacation. The surroundings are very nice and the evening sunset breathtaking. We also highly recommend trying the optional dinner, always freshly prepared by Jette. Overall, it was an experience that you don't often have on your vacation. If we are back in the area, we will definitely book there again.

I booked Stefano’s apartment as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday, as neither of us had visited Rome before! Stefano was an amazing host, he decorated the apartment beautifully and even left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate which was so so kind of him. He gave some great recommendations of places we should visit and was so responsive throughout our whole trip! The location of the apartment is amazing you can see the colosseum outside of the bedroom window, the place was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful with modern decor throughout, it was even better than I could have imagined and even better than the photos, which I didn’t think would be possible. We are already planning our next visit to Rome next year and we will definitely be staying at Stefano’s place again! I would recommend to anyone to book. Stefano thank you so much for making our first trip to Rome so amazing!!

This was honestly the best air bnb my partner and I have ever stayed at! It had such a pleasant energy or aura about the place! Full of light! Modern & Clean! It was above what we expected and on every aspect (price, cleanliness, location, host friendliness, convenience, atmosphere)! Furthermore, the host made the other half of our experience! She was kind, warm, helpful and so accommodating! This made us actually feel like we were on holiday! We will be back next time we come to Rome x

Our short stay in Marta was no less than fabulous. Maria Madalena was easy to communicate with, the apartment was SPOTLESS, the view was beautiful and peaceful. We stayed with our children and they provided us with a clean, like new toddler cot. We wish we had stayed longer!

I enjoyed staying at Toni’s place very much. Everywhere was walkable. It was very close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and a 15 minutes walk to the strip for shopping and more restaurants. I was looking for a balance between relaxation and some adventure and this was a great spot for it. The station to go to Rome was like an 11 mins walk which is not bad at all. Toni was very responsive and helpful, even gave me a charger for my phone when I forgot my adapter. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was super comfy and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

Fantastic stay in Rome! The location near the Spanish Steps couldn’t have been better—easy to walk to all the major sights, with lots of great cafes and restaurants around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved our stay at Francesca’s place. She was very kind, met us at the apartment and supplied us with snacks after our long travel day. She is very responsive and will help you with anything you need. FABULOUS location!!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
