Smoking friendly vacation rentals in L'Aquila

This weekend ski escape turned to be a great time for the family. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The apartment is close to the few stores and restaurants in Rocca. The nearby entrance to Campo Felice is much less crowded than the main entrance. The apartment is a nice place to unwind after skiing.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Very nice host. The check-in required a bunch of documents but I guess that is the standard procedure. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of towels for everyone. The location is on a side street right next to the Main Street which allows for very easy access to all the nice restaurants and sights close by. Would recommend ! If you are affected by noise then could have problems depending on the activities in the town.

Great experience, lovely, clean and comfortable property. Annalisa was impeccable, both for her clear instructions and for her availability and friendliness. We spent two days in total relaxation in the green of Ovindoli. Absolutely recommend

Fantastic place! We were 5 people and had plenty of space in the rooms and common spaces. Beautiful apartment with AC and all comforts. The host was very welcoming and available at any time!

we could book and check in very spontaneously. Antonio responded very quickly. We are on the road with the bikes and our dog. Due to the cold, we are in the accommodation, which is located directly on the Appennino bike path. The supermarket is also easily accessible by bike 4 km away and in the village there is a minimarket with fresh bread. The bar is also very cozy and creates a nice atmosphere. We felt comfortable and warmed up well:-) Mama Angela, was also available at all times if you need anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abruzzo Borgo. Nikki was a great host, full of information about the local area and very welcoming. The place itself was a delight with the views from the infinity pool a real highlight of our stay.

Tina was always available and responsive. He made us feel at home with lots of tips about the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, great for those looking for a base for activities in the area. Highly recommended

Very good tips from the landlord on local activities. The father is familiar with the hiking and cycling opportunities. Friendliness and helpfulness are always present. Attention: in the event of continuous rain, there may be no mobile data at times, depending on the provider. No WiFi in the apartment. In the village, however, there is a free WiFi about 500 meters away. There were only two of us, but for a family I imagine that a dishwasher would be desirable.

Marialuisa was a fantastic host, kind, helpful and with a crazy energy that would have been enough to make the stay enjoyable. The accommodation is very nice and is in a great location, it is furnished with great taste, equipped with every comfort and the cleanliness was impeccable. Marialuisa recommended several places to dine, but the best choice was to have her prepare dinner for us, as well as being an excellent host, she is above all a great cook. I'm already planning to return to Casa Azul soon

We were Gianfranco's guests for a few days with our two dogs. Gianfranco is an excellent host, helpful, friendly, responsive and an excellent advisor of bars and restaurants in the area. Large outdoor spaces, the shared kitchen had everything you needed, the location allows you to reach the sea and mountains in about an hour... what can I say, we hope to return soon as guests for a few days of relaxation in the fresh air.

This home is a genuine historic Italian home. It was a peaceful adventure. We walked and hiked everywhere, there are many well traveled and marked hiking trails into the mountains. You hear nature around you and have the most gorgeous view. The house is extremely cozy and has many features that are full of character. We made homemade meals from the abundant fruits, veggies, and nuts around the property. If you are looking to step into a storybook back in time with cobbled streets and historic buildings, this is the place. One needs to have a sense of adventure to fully appreciate this property. We took in the most gorgeous sunsets from the top yard. We hiked and explored the most beautiful and unexpected landscapes. No need to walk far, the town itself is a wonder. Go see Gabriella at the Taverna. She will cook you the most delicious meal and make you feel right at home. This property is truly a cozy home. If you are wanting to rejuvenate your tired soul, this place will do it.

The house has a modern and functional living area, equipped with all comforts, an equipped kitchen, and the outdoor space of the house is very suggestive, with a terrace overlooking the lake. A unique experience immersed in nature, I fell asleep to a concert of frogs and woke up in the morning to the chirping of birds, there is an excellent air exchange, the bedroom has a double view. However, I recommend that you have lunch at the Oasi di Bianca where you can swim and sunbathe, the beach is pet friendly. Friendly owners. Beautiful experience.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

The apartment was very clean and spacious . Angelo and his daughter were extremely accommodating and always quick to respond to our messages. I thought the apartment is nicer than it looks on the pictures. We will probably stay there again .

I booked this property, but my family stayed there and they were satisfied with the space in apartment, there was no Wi-fi conection which I recomend to install it and it will complete this property.

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and spacious apartment in proximity to the centre of town. Very good base for visiting beautiful Abruzzo. The only small issue is parking. Parking in the vicinity of the apartment is free but it is not easy to find in a parking lot.
