Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property is as described, kitchen is small but manageable. Parking is the best. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host always replied promptly when we were in doubt. There are many trabocchi along the coastline.

Words cannot express just how wonderful the apartment is. We have stayed many times in Vasto and this is by far the best. Ideal location between the Marina and Town, it has some of the best views available from the rooms and balcony at the front, whilst the rear terrace was perfect for eating with views of the town. Giuseppe is the perfect host, and daily gave us items from his garden. Will happily return and highly recommend to anyone.

My partner and I came here as nature tourists after I visited and fell in love with Pettorano sul Gizio during a work trip in May 2023. The accommodation itself was clean and homely, and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the living room balcony watching the birds, and even a wild boar family on the last night! If we were at the accommodation we were probably on the balcony, and we got up at 5am some days to enjoy the dawn chorus. The beauty of this place and its abundance of wildlife cannot be overstated. The town itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the local food and drink on offer from the nearby shop and café. There are many walks to do in the area and local towns to explore. The place was a home away from home and we are sure to return!

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area and close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....actually in person it's even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things... the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband welcomed us personally upon our arrival, despite our slight delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to all our requests. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10 pm.....everything resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say... thanks for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment without a doubt!

I’d lived in Avezzano for a few years as a child. This place was 7 minutes from my childhood home! It was very conveniently located. We were able to walk to most places, and, were a short drive from all the rest… While much had changed since my childhood, staying in this apartment “felt” a bit like home!

Kindest host ever! Pio told us so much about the area and was very helpful. The house wine is very good. Highly recommended the beautiful accommodation in the countryside. We will definitely be back!

Sebastiano is a very helpful host, he recommended several places to dine in addition to taking us to the beach on the first day recommending a comfortable street. The house has just been refurbished and offers all kinds of comforts. Located in the countryside, it is still very close to the sea. It's definitely a place I'd love to come back to.

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment was spotless! Location close to the center and close to the beach. All my doubts were solved with great agility. We'll definitely be back for a next chance
