This trip was absolutely amazing for many reasons, one of the main ones being how perfect the Airbnb was. It was clean, cozy, and had an unforgettable view every single day. I have already recommended this location to a number of my friends as I think one would have to try very hard NOT to enjoy their stay there. Truly a great spot for a boys trip, a peaceful retreat, or in my case, a romantic getaway with a loved one.

Decorah High Point Magnolia Cabin was perfect quiet get away for our anniversary! Beautiful cabin, wonderful views and wildlife. Very relaxing!

The houae was beaitiful and very clean. Eric was vey responsive and friendly. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen wss well stocked.

Amazing place to get away from the city life.

Emma was very clean and super helpful and responded very quickly :) The only thing that wasn’t mentioned was the trains that go throughout the day and night, but my boyfriend and I slept just fine :)

The place was great! Everything was really clean. The layout worked well for our group of 8. The location is super convenient for trips to the convenience store, casino and downtown. When trains come through, it is noisy. But we made the best of it by incorporating a “train shot” for every train. Laura provided ear plugs however we think the train shot method works well.

Very friendly and helpful host. Perfect if you're looking to get away to a cabin for a remote low key experience. Although she recommended a great supper club about 50 minutes away that we enjoyed greatly!

I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb with 5 friends and had an unforgettable experience! The large space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering a variety of activities that kept everyone entertained. We loved the stunning views from the property, which made every moment feel like a getaway. The location was wonderfully quiet and remote, allowing us to truly unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of our favorite features was the pool table, which provided hours of fun and friendly competition. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with plenty of space and activities, I highly recommend this place!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Close to great hiking locations - we did Effigy Mounds and Wyalusing State Park. It was our first time traveling with our new dog and it was wonderful. Great coffee set up too!!

We enjoyed our second stay in the cozy cabin as much as our first. It’s easy to relax in the beautiful and private setting. It has all the essentials and they make it simple. Everything a good Airbnb should be!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carrie’s cabin. I spent the first 17 years of my life in Harper’s Ferry and my grandmother and grandfather’s house. To return with my own family and stay in such a beautiful place was a terrific experience; memories made! Carrie was very proactive in her communications and offers for assistance with anything, should the need arise. The cabin is even more beautiful and cozy in person. We hope it stays available for rent for years to come as we fully intend to regularly return — could not recommend more!

A great way to get away but still be close to the local market, events, food ,etc. it was a beautiful remote spot but felt safe and secure :) we were able to utilize a lot of the dvds which was a fun nostalgic vibe and picked up local coffee from wonderstate and lunch from co-op! Our fav! This is such a beautiful serene getaway:) thank you so much

Had an amazing and lowkey getaway from reality. The cabin was adorable and felt like you could stay forever comfortably. Top notch bath, kitchen and scenery. Makes us want to build one of our own close by!

Colleen’s place was beautiful both inside and out. There was lots of room inside for our family as well as out on the deck. The view from the deck was spectacular! Everyone especially love the overstuffed chairs and couch in the main living room.

Perfect little get away for any hunting/fishing trip, Definitely will be back time and time again. The beds are beyond comfortable after a long day of hunting. Easy access to the gas station and walking distance to both bars/ restaurants in town Has power hook up outside for your boat if it needs to be plugged in and a great heated cleaning station.

We had a great stay at Paula & Patrick's cabin. The cabin was the perfect size and we had everything we needed for our stay. Paula and Patrick's property is so beautiful and peaceful we would love to go back and stay again.

Stephanie’s cabin was just as described, it was quaint and quiet and simple. The gas fireplace is very nice. You’ll have to bring your own bedding and towels but for just the three of us that wasnt a big deal. The porch was lovely for coffee in the morning!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we can bring the boat! I highly recommend Paul’s place if you’re looking for a place right on the Mississippi River with lots to do nearby!

where do I start, I have been coming to this area for years, so far this is THE BEST house I have been, appsolutely everything is perfect, from location to mattresses that are sooo comfortable, spacious very well equipped beautiful house, fishing right there, absolutely amazing, worth every penny, would come here again and again. LOVED IT

everything was wonderful, it worked out perfectly for what we looking for. Mary Jo was very responsive to all questions. The cabin was great and the view of the river is incredible!
