Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Weir

We had a wonderful time riding bikes around the campground relaxing on the front porch riding the jet ski in the lake. And Sherrie was very responsive. Thank you sherrie

Amanda and her husband couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating with our stay. They communicated every step of the way and made sure that we had an incredible stay. I couldnt recommend the cabin, location, and hosts more.

Amazing place! We even had a bear visitor, saw three deer on the side of the road coming back one night, and a baby alligator.

Tonya was an excellent host. She had everything arranged for our arrival and met us at the entrance to the resort. Tonya was easily accessible by phone for questions. She was quick to respond when we needed replacement of supplies . She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cabin was incredibly cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning !

Jackie was responsive and when asked provided great recommendations. As previous posts said, even though there are neighbors it was still private. Will stay again

We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay at Bob’s beautiful lakeside property. The setting was perfect — quiet, scenic, and surrounded by nature. I especially loved spending time by the water and photographing the wildlife. Bob and Melanie were wonderful hosts, making sure everything was comfortable and easy. If you’re looking for a peaceful and pet friendly getaway to reconnect with nature, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 5 enjoyed Teddy’s place while visiting Silver Springs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen stocked and amenities perfect. We enjoyed the Sandhill Crane family that visited us each morning while having our coffee in the screened in porch. The view is lovely, canoes/kayaks/fire pit and dock an added treat. We’d definitely return.

We had such an amazing stay at ‘The Charming Little Barn’! From the moment our reservation was booked, Ms Maribel was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available to answer our questions which made us feel right at home. The barn was spotless, cozy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. And I can’t express enough the perfect fenced yard for our fur babies. I would highly recommend Maribel's place to anyone and would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Great little cabin in the woods. It was just what we needed for a couple of nights while we spent the day at Salt Springs which is only about a 5 min drive. Cute and comfortable. We loved the outside bathroom! Would stay again.

The cabin is super cozy, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. the beds upstairs are super comfortable. the right amount of firmness. If I had to complain about anything, that would be the noise of the AC. But we those comfortable beds, it's impossible not to easily fall asleep. plenty of space to walk and really close to the WEC. it's a great place to disconnect and charge your energy. Kevin is a great host, respects your privacy but you know you can contact him at any time.

Great stay! Very cute and quiet cottage!

Leslie was very responsive. The setting is private and the covered deck on rainy days wonderful to relax on. Leslie provided much appreciated extras like healthier cooking pans, sharp knives, a cutting board, and a medicine kit which are not usually provided in my years of experience. A word of caution apparently regarding airbnb policy. Check for potential price changes on your reservation Even IF you are subtracting something!!! Because I didn’t end up taking my dog with (deleting the pet fee), it changed my reservation and a $142.20 increase (county tax fee) was added! 😱

The cabin was amazing, it fit plenty of people! Bryan was very communicative and responsive. Any questions and concerns we had, he would accommodate us and do anything he could to help. The scenery was beautiful and everything was set up nicely for us. He even left us some fire wood for the fire pit!

stayed at the cabin for memorial day weekend and had the best experience! if you are looking for a clamping experience this will give you that. We were looking for a safe place to stay with lots of outdoor activities to do near by (this was perfect). with multiple springs and nature paths nearby we had an incredible experience. The dock and fire pit were nice for nights and the kitchen is perfect for what you would need! had an amazing time the most memorable weekend and will definitely be back !

I am very happy I found this gem of a cabin. Barbara is a fantastic host who baked muffins for us upon check-in, which were absolutely delicious. The cabin is the perfect place for two, everything you may have forgotten at home is absolutely here. We genuinely enjoyed our visit and the time spent here, and would absolutely no hesitation rebook in a beat. Barbara was very good to us and we appreciate you!! You made my partner and I’s anniversary getaway something special. Thank you again 😊

The space was clean and very nice, the space was overall amazing. Everything is provided! James was responsive and made sure we were doing good and didn’t need anything! If I ever needed to go back I’d 100% stay here again!!!

Probably one of the most unique places you’ll find the cabin was so nice my wife and I loved how cozy the cabin felt especially laying inside listening to the rain drum on the roof. Theres a wonderful little trail to walk along out back past the gate that the host recommended and it’s such a nice walk. Absolutely loved the feature of the cabin when light shines through the heart shaped window at night painting the ceiling and walls with hearts. The location is right near rainbow springs which you should absolutely check out for some amazing tubing. This cabin is definitely worth checking out and the hosts were absolutely wonderful book this spot with zero hesitation

The cabin is a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. What was impressive was the amount of “little things” that the cabin had when you needed it. (Spices in the kitchen, cooking supplies, blankets, etc). I was very impressed. Very quiet and worth the stay. If I came back to the area in the future, I would be looking for this cabin again for availability.

We went to snorkel at Devil's Den and stayed 2 nights at Karen's place. The cabin was beautiful and looked just like the photos. We met her goats snd chickens and horses and the property was stunning. Incredibly peaceful and felt far away from the world, yet only 10 minutes to Devil's Den. She left a great list of local restaurants and attractions. Was just lovley to drink coffee in the morning on the porch swings. We had delicious pizza at Archie's, but mostly just enjoyed the cabin and property. Highly recommend!
