Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

Very nice historical home to stay in. Felt like I was stepping back into time in a very comfortable setting. It’s very close and convenient to all the happenings down in Mt Dora and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at Peter and Lisa’s home.

It was a amazing three day stay at your place the kids loved the pool!! It was like a dream staying there. Emerging very clean and well kept.

Great location! The place is very close to Chinatown, which made it super convenient for dining—we especially loved the variety of Vietnamese restaurants nearby. We came to Florida for Disney World, and this stay made our trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this private and beautiful home. We utilized pretty much every room and stayed up playing the games provided. This was a family trip in which Glens place allowed us to interact more closely with games and outdoor gear he has provided for the Springs. Dania was a sweetheart when we ran into internet issues and Glen really stepped into action to provide a fast solution. We have family in Apopke so we could have stayed with them but privacy and comfort are huge to me and this AirBnB provided just that. Will definitely be back!

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

Responsive host, easy check in and check out. Air conditioner worked fantastically, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, overall very nice with a perfect location. There’s a 7/11 half a block away and everything you could need in walking distance. Only thing to keep in mind for longer stays: there were only two towels and two wash rags, so I just made sure to bring my own extras. Totally fine for short stays though! Thank you!

Urbano was extremely helpful with getting settled in his place! He offered helpful advice on nearby places to eat and made everything easy for us! Highly recommend!!!

The location is great! Directly across the street from Eola Park. Nice to start and end the day with a walk around the lake. The neighborhood is quiet. I appreciated having designated parking.

The place was totally renovated, Spotless, everything was furnished. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit, beautiful kitchen, new bathrooms, beautiful living room, leather couch, neighbors were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to grocery stores. , restaurants, shopping, park Avenue . We sat by the lake, just a few doors down everyday . Price was very affordable. This was our favorite place to stay, we stayed 6 weeks .

I traveled to FL for my son’s spring break to meet with friends. The space is exactly as described and Geri is a friendly, gracious and responsive host. The lakeview is awesome from both the master bedroom and living room porch/balcony. The neighbors we encountered were friendly. Only caution is if your child is like mine and believes mom’s cooking is necessary, even while on vacation (lol), be sure to bring your own spices. Otherwise the space is comfortable and sufficient. I would certainly stay again if Geri will have me.

We would definitely come back here! Such a beautiful, spacious place, with huge floor to ceiling windows looking over the tops of trees, and airplanes silently passing by. Huge comfortable beds in 2 out of 3 bedrooms and a full sized bunk bed with trundle in the 3rd bedroom. The location is excellent, walkable to Lake Eola, Publix grocery store, lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and a new fun ice cream place. Being walkable makes it easy for your group to do their own thing easily, instead of having to coordinate everyone getting in a car or being stuck inside waiting. Excellent place to enjoy Orlando and surrounding areas with friends and family. Frank is responsive, helpful, and provided detailed instructions on using the free on-site parking or finding street parking.
