Vacation rentals with breakfast in La Spezia

The comfort of the facilities and the cleanliness is impeccable. The house is close to everything but maintains the tranquility of the neighborhood. The generosity of the hosts makes the difference, from super hearty breakfasts, bicycles available and a refrigerator with drinks and fruit for consumption during the day, among other things. Massimiliano is a very warm and friendly person, always attentive to any questions or needs of his guests. I hope to be able to return to Viareggio and stay there again.

We spend almost a week here, and really enjoyed our staying. Kang was super friendly and helpful. Her place is a cosy home with a beautiful view, and there are great places in the near. We loved it very much.

It was an amazing experience, we liked the view and the house itself a lot.

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

we had a wonderful time! in a really very nice accommodation! a terrace, a garden and a really beautiful pool! the view is breathtaking and Agnesse is just amazing, a great host that's for sure! always available, always ready to listen! I would recommend without so much as a second thought!

Excellent stay in Perzetti! Our host Alessandra kindly agreed to welcome us before the official check-in time. She is a welcoming host and always very responsive in communication. The house is full of charm, very well-equipped and very comfortable. The small private terrace overlooking the mountains is really nice. We also had a parking space in the property and access to the garden. The environment is very soothing and the house is quiet and relaxing. Thanks again to Alessandra for her hospitality!

Marika immediately welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness... the cottage is very nice, clean, has everything you need and is all as in the photos... it is surrounded by a large garden with games for children... ideal location to easily reach the places of interest nearby... the proximity to the road and the train for us was not a problem, once there, after a while, you don't even notice it anymore... we went for the Carnival which is about a quarter of an hour by car from there... recommended, also for those with animals... a pleasant stay, unfortunately short, but that we will definitely repeat...

Gabriella, is an excellent host. She picked us up at the train station and gave us clear instructions on how to use everything. She provides lots of goodies ( fruit, milk , yogurt, patties, bread, butter, coffee pods, juice, prosecco, etc.) to help us get started. She also provided us with information about what to see and do in the surrounding area.

Lorella’s place is wonderful! It had all of the space and amenities that my husband. 2-year-old and I needed. It was larger than I expected with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen/eating area and a wrap-around balcony. Loved the walkability of Lavagna. The apartment is within a 10 minute walk of anything we needed. She had great recommendations for restaurants! Thank you Lorella!

Franco was the most helpful, proactive & responsive host I've had on Airbnb. He took time away from his job and met me at the train station and led me through the crowds to my apartment and showed me the ropes. The space was perfect. A small, but very serviceable kitchen, a private bedroom with a comfortable bed (but watch your head on the cabinets over the bed-you'll only bonk your head once or twice before remembering to duck!), and a clean bathroom with a great shower fit the bill for me. Breakfast fruits, tea, toast and jams were there for me to start my day-a nice touch. If you like being in the thick of things, this apartment is perfect. Most nights Vernazza does shut down pretty early, but since this space is directly over a restaurant, it did get a bit rowdy sometimes. The train station is very close by, but since the trains don't run at all hours of the day and night, that was more of a convenience than a noise problem. Franco is a great host. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Fabrizio was a great host. He left us a welcome basket and walked us through everything about the house. He had maps of the area and gave us everything we needed to enjoy his space. He went above and beyond when the washer didn't work and did our laundry. We would stay here again if we're in the area.

Convenient location to reach the center of La Spezia by car (about 10 minutes) and visit Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Apartment equipped with everything you need for a short stay, very nice, kind and helpful host for every need. We felt at home, thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great time at Lia and Francesca's. The place was very clean and spacious and well located for visiting the area. We appreciated the small touches of our hosts, as well as the advice and responsiveness. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Our stay in Vernazza was a highlight of our Italy trip, and this AirBnB made it unforgettable. Traveling as a family of six, we found the perfect mix of comfort, space, and charm. The apartment was clean, cozy, and full of character — with postcard-worthy views from the terrace that took our breath away every evening. The location was ideal: close to the train, harbor, and restaurants, yet peaceful and tucked away. We loved waking to the sound of the sea and stepping right into the heart of Vernazza. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving snacks to greet us. If you're visiting Vernazza, don’t miss this place — it truly felt like our own slice of paradise.

Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

Rafaella's welcome was perfect, on arrival but also throughout our week. Breakfasts on the terrace were delicious, with the good idea of asking Rafaella the day before what we wanted! The location 8 min on foot from the train station was a big advantage for going by train to visit the villages of the 5 Terres. The space was very functional and clean. I highly recommend this place where we spent relaxing moments after our hikes from Levanto to Porto Venere.

We loved staying at Fabiana's. At night it was so quiet and restful and the bed was super comfortable. Fabiana's is an easy walk from the train station, the ferry departure and the beach. We are travelling everywhere by train so it was perfect. Fabiana really looked after us with fresh croissants, fruit, yoghurt, foccaccia bread and awesome coffee. Thank you Fabiana!

We absolutely loved our time spent at Maria’s! The surroundings are gorgeous, and the pool/loungers had a fantastic view of the sea and town. Maria went above and beyond as a host, providing a lovely breakfast every morning, helping us with directions and transport links, and making us feel right at home. We could not have asked for a more accommodating host! The garden and view were absolutely stunning, and the room was super comfy too. Just a short trail down into the town where we could find lovely restaurants and beaches! Overall a fantastic time and very good value for money! Cannot recommend this air bnb enough :)

This is a very unique and special property and well worth the climb. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted by Marco, who provided water with fresh lemons from his property. Marco was helpful and accommodating . He is very knowledgeable and knows the Cinque Terre area and trails well and was able to offer hiking and sightseeing recommendations. The view from the property is stunning and the house is very comfortable.

Sarah and Corrado were wonderful hosts. We felt like family, immediately. They were kind enough to invite us to join them as they watched the new Pope speak to his people. What an unexpected and heartfelt moment that will never be duplicated. They thought of everything a traveling guest might need and made it possible to connect with other guests over breakfast. Additionally, they provided exceptional suggestions for local meals, experiences and even gave us a location to stop at after we left that was brilliant. We missed them as soon as we drove off and hope to visit with them again on the future! You'll find no better hosts or location, they deserve a 10!

Guglielmina was a wonderful and sweet lady who showed us our room and how to open the doors. The place was easy to find with the host’s instructions! A very cute place to stay at.

Beautiful place at 15 minutes driving distance from Lucca. Robert Jan was super nice and helpful during our stay. Definitely worth it! But keep in mind that the road to Robert Jan's stay is a pretty narrow path.
