Vacation rentals with breakfast in La Spezia

Casa molto carina e accogliente sommersa nel verde del suo giardino. Locata in una zona tranquilla non lontana da tutte le attrazioni e necessità del posto. La casa era pulitissima e attrezzata a dovere. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un quaderno contenente tutte le info della casa e posti / eventi nelle vicinanze descritti nei dettagli. Abbiamo anche trovato tutto per fare colazione sulla tavola (fette biscottate, marmellate, plumcake, fiesta, tortini,…) e dell’acqua! Erano a disposizione tutti gli utensili e strumenti necessari per qualsiasi evenienza. Bagno molto comodo e carino con tutti gli asciugamani necessari. Presente anche aria condizionata in più stanze. Un soggiorno molto comodo, carino e rilassante.

Host reattivo nelle risposte ai messaggi e molto cordiale, la casa è molto spaziosa e in ordine, offre da dormire a più persone, la cucina viene lasciata con anche viveri per poter fare una prima colazione. Posto consigliato a chi intende pernottare per più di una notte

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage auf einem kleinen Berg. Es war perfekt zum abschalten und einfach das Leben zu genießen. Mattia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und war immer zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos notamment la vue et les terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants et très réactifs.

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Our stay at Agnese's place was perfect. Everything is like said on the pictures, but Agnese is really working the extra mile to make you feel right at home, with a lot of small touches and details arranged for your comfort. The place is extremely quiet which makes it easy to sleep with open windows, as they are equipped with mosquito nets. We loved our stay and would come back without hesitating to enjoy again the breathtaking view and the pool.

Excellent séjour à Perzetti! Notre hôte Alessandra a gentiment accepté de nous accueillir avant l'heure officielle d'arrivée dans le logement. C'est une hôte accueillante et toujours très réactive dans la communication. La maison est quant à elle pleine de charme, très bien équipée et très confortable. La petite terrasse privative avec vue sur les montagnes est vraiment agréable. Nous avions également une place de stationnement dans la propriété et accès au jardin. L'environnement est très apaisant et la maison calme et reposante. Encore merci à Alessandra pour son hospitalité !

Casa maravilhosa! Tudo muito limpo e arrumado e a casa é muito bem equipada! Gianni foi um excelente anfitrião em todos os aspectos! A casa é muito perto de uma estação de metrô, então a locomoção foi muito tranquila. A casa é ainda mais linda do que nas fotos! Tudo maravilhoso. Recomendamos demais!

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Lorella’s place is wonderful! It had all of the space and amenities that my husband. 2-year-old and I needed. It was larger than I expected with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen/eating area and a wrap-around balcony. Loved the walkability of Lavagna. The apartment is within a 10 minute walk of anything we needed. She had great recommendations for restaurants! Thank you Lorella!

Franco was the most helpful, proactive & responsive host I've had on Airbnb. He took time away from his job and met me at the train station and led me through the crowds to my apartment and showed me the ropes. The space was perfect. A small, but very serviceable kitchen, a private bedroom with a comfortable bed (but watch your head on the cabinets over the bed-you'll only bonk your head once or twice before remembering to duck!), and a clean bathroom with a great shower fit the bill for me. Breakfast fruits, tea, toast and jams were there for me to start my day-a nice touch. If you like being in the thick of things, this apartment is perfect. Most nights Vernazza does shut down pretty early, but since this space is directly over a restaurant, it did get a bit rowdy sometimes. The train station is very close by, but since the trains don't run at all hours of the day and night, that was more of a convenience than a noise problem. Franco is a great host. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di La Spezia in macchina (10 minuti circa) e visitare Portovenere e le Cinque Terre. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno, host molto simpatico, gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie per la vostra ospitalità!

Fabrizio was a great host. He left us a welcome basket and walked us through everything about the house. He had maps of the area and gave us everything we needed to enjoy his space. He went above and beyond when the washer didn't work and did our laundry. We would stay here again if we're in the area.

Spacious and well described apartment for 2 of us. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather to take advantage of the outdoor space but this would have been lovely. What made our stay so excellent was the great communication and personal and friendly welcome. Giuliano was there to meet us and give us helpful advice and then Giuseppe and Laura were so friendly and helpful during our stay, despite our poor grasp of Italian! We were even offered a lift to the station on our departure. A real old fashioned personal Airbnb experience. Thank you all so much.

David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Definitely recommend this location.

Well appointed room with nice furnishings. The bed was a little uncomfortable as the mattress was laying on the frame, so I could feel the beams while laying down. Needs a box spring. But overall, a good place to stay for the night. Very clean, decent breakfast snacks for the morning and a good Nespresso machine. Great location, only a few hundred metres from the train station. Would stay again.

This Airbnb was excellent. Marco was a fantastic host who literally walked down to the main Vernazza road to the pharmacy in order to help me find my way to the Airbnb after I called him (I was lost!). He also figured out a way for me to get my heavy luggage to the Airbnb at the top of the cliff using an old cart system that cost an extra $30 Euro (worth it!!). He similarly arranged a service for our bags to be at the train station right before our train took off. The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and peaceful. The view was better than many of the trails. The breakfast was homey. The walk is up about 10-15 minutes of steep steps on the path from Vernazza to Corniglia. You will pass a restaurant on a cliff that looks across Vernazza. My wife is afraid of heights and this walk was a little tough for her, but she ultimately felt it was worth it. For the value this Airbnb is wonderful! I’d highly recommend.

Excelente experiencia con Débora, todo impecable. Es un poco lejos pero el transporte público funciona bien. Además la habitación y el baño (y la casa en general) son 5 estrellas sin duda.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was an easy 5 min to the beach and restaurants, as well as the train station.

Très beau logement paisible, Nadia est très à l'écoute pour notre confort et que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Nous recommandons ce lieu, beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours. Encore merci !!

Un weekend di coppia semplicemente perfetto. Giuliana è una host sensazionale, la casa è bellissima, estremamente spaziosa e ben organizzata. Infine con l’ottima colazione offerta le nostre giornate non potevano non partire con il piede giusto. Ricorderemo sempre con estremo piacere il nostro soggiorno.

Cristiana’s place was the perfect stay for our time in Cinque Terre! The room is small, but the view is incredible, and it’s a wonderful location in the peaceful Corniglia. It’s the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring the villages. Christiana was a wonderful host, even helping us to secure reservations at a popular restaurant in Corniglia. The fresh, included breakfast at her cafe was the perfect way to start the day!
