Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of La Spezia

Responsive host to messages and very friendly, the house is very spacious and tidy, it offers more people to sleep, the kitchen is also left with food to have breakfast. Recommended place for those who want to stay for more than one night

Great place to stay at the top of a hill in a picturesque place. The house with property was ideal for us, a little dark inside. Plenty of space and great was also the washing machine and wood pellet stove for fresh evenings. From here an hour to the Cinque Terre and a half hour to the outlet. For small issues, we immediately got help.

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

There were 2 of us with a toddler. It, s a great place to stay. In the winter there is a gas heater in the room to warm up. It is an old but completely newly renovated traditional stone house. It was really a very nice stay and we will definitely be back. You were immediately welcome in the village and the owner's mom invited us directly for a coffee. We have never been greeted so warmly. One of the my best AirBnb experiences so far! A very very nice apartment in a cozy Italian village - just what my girlfriend and I were looking for. Also great host who prepared us some breakfast and cake prior to our stay. Couldn’t be happier!

Michele gave us many tips for excursions in the area. He even drove us to a destination on the mountain. It was very important to him that we feel comfortable in the accommodation and asked several times if we needed anything. Overall, this place is certainly the right place when looking for a quiet, nature-loving place. Our dog was also welcome.

Thoughtful, welcoming, and well-equipped. Outside of lerici, which was positive for me to protect my barrel dog. But convenient to both the sea and the mountains. The most important thing is private parking because in the parking area it is very complicated

Agnese exceeded our expectations! We had only booked 2 nights, but afterwards we would have wanted to stay much longer. Anything you need is present and you have a beautiful view: the location is perfect! In addition, Agnese responds quickly, she is extremely helpful and gives her nice tips!

Gabriella took wonderful care of us and is a very nice landlady. The apartment has everything you need and wish for: nice interior, towels, products and even something to eat, as well as a parasol and two bicycles! It is very clean and comfortable and the balcony is perfect to enjoy the amazing view - we all agree that we felt very welcomed and absolutely recommend this stay!

Great Location, just 10 minutes walk from the central station. Pina personally came to greet us & helped to park our car at the free parking. The property was big & super clean. Pina kept enough stuff for breakfast. She also explains how to operate a Gas stove & other thing. You have to struggle a little to find free street parking after you come back from sightseeing.

We absolutely loved staying with Anna!! The place was immaculate and she really thought of anything you might need. Perfection! She was so helpful and graciously allowed us to have a late check out due to our travel being disrupted. She had wonderful recommendations and even gave us a complementary bottle of homemade wine. Great place to stay especially if you want to be right on the Main Street with everything is just a few steps away. Minimal stairs, 1/2 flight to the building then 1 flight up to the apartment. The apartment has everything needed and Franco provided water, milk, eggs, butter, pkg toasted bread & jam, also espresso pods and tea. Franco was so kind, in addition he gave us wine he makes. He grows a unique grape varietal on the hillside above the town. The bedroom is open to the living/kitchen area, no door. So if you have a 3rd person on the sofa there’s no separation. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows & quilt was available. The bathroom shower had good water pressure and the hot water lasted for two quick showers in a row.

A warm welcome in a clean apartment where nothing is lacking. The location is perfect for accessing the Cinque Terre very quickly without having to get in the car. We would definitely recommend this rental. Big thanks for a pleasant stay.

This is a very comfortable place in a great location. It’s near the end of the main road in Riomaggiore, so it’s quiet but it’s also very convenient to get to the train station, restaurants, shops, and some great hiking. The flat was clean and just as described., but the best part is that the hosts are kind and they work hard to make sure that you have a great stay. Nicola met me at the train station on the first day, helped me get settled in, and gave me the perfect recommendations for my very short stay. Thanks to Nicola, I got to experience the most of Cinque Terre in just a few days. I highly recommend this listing!

A very pleasant and quiet apartment with a nice welcome touch from the friendly and helpful host. Close to all amenities like shops and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the port for the Cinque Terra cruises. Also only a short walk to the railway station.

We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Great experience. The support was very clean and well-kept. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, both sweet and savory. The room was very evocative. Fabiana the owner was very helpful, she gave us a lot of advice on the trails in the area and also very nice restaurants. Definitely an experience to redo

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

The stay is spacious, cozy, fresh, clean and there is everything you might need. Nadia is very hospitable, gives nice tips, and occasionally inquires if everything is to the liking. Incredible views, wonderful host and breakfast. We stayed three nights. Description is accurate regarding getting to the residence, but well worth the effort. Would definitely stay again.
