Free boat ride -or- Bring your boat! Deep water access with a quick 30-minute ride to the Gulf—Private spot attached to our home with front door entry, 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with keurig, fridge, and microwave. No living room sorry.
Backyard: dock, pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, outdoor kitchen ( sink,grill, smoker, dining area) and fish cleaning station. Parking for 2 cars + boat trailer. Look out for the dolphins in the bay & great fishing at night!!

The space
Step through your own private front door into a cozy hallway leading to two comfortable bedrooms. The master features a queen sleep Number bed and a private bathroom, plus a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, 6 cu ft fridge, and microwave, the bathroom sink is next to the kitchenette for ease of use. The second bedroom offers a queen Tempur-pedic bed with adjustable base; stocked with toys, books, and games—perfect for kids. The oversized hallway has plenty of space for an air mattress if you need extra sleeping room.

Outside, take a stroll around the back to enjoy the sparkling pool, dock, and local wildlife. Fire up the outdoor Blackstone grill, relax on the deck’s dining area, or freshen up in the outdoor bathroom and shower. Please note, the outdoor space is shared with our family, who typically work during the day, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful and respectful environment.

Guest access
Guests enter through their own private front door into a self-contained space featuring two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Outside, you’re welcome to enjoy the play area in front with fun tree swings perfect for kids and adults alike. Just walk around the back to access the shared backyard space, which includes a sparkling pool, an outdoor kitchen with a Blackstone grill, and an outdoor bathroom/shower for your convenience.

You’ll have parking available for two vehicles plus space for a boat trailer if needed. There is also dock space available for your boat or a local rental boat, as well as a fish cleaning station with running water and a sink—ideal for anglers.

Please note the outdoor spaces (pool, dock, grill, outdoor bathroom) are shared with our family, who typically work during the day, so guests can enjoy a peaceful, respectful atmosphere while making the most of the beautiful surroundings.

We’ll provide you with a detailed map showing where to launch your boat, directions to the house, and key fishing spots to make your adventure easy and fun.

If you have any boat-related questions or need a hand, our son is a skilled marine mechanic and will be around most of the time when he’s not at work—so feel free to ask him for advice or tips!

When it’s time to eat, we highly recommend checking out our favorite local spots: Simply Seafood, just a quick five-minute drive away, serves up fresh, delicious seafood that’s hard to beat. Another local gem is Runaway Island, perfect for laid-back dining with great views and tasty dishes.

We want you to feel at home and have everything you need for an amazing stay—whether that’s fishing, boating, relaxing, or enjoying the local flavors!

We’re a laid-back, fun, and kind family who loves Jesus and welcomes everyone with open arms—no judgment here! Married 27 years, 4 children, 2 from foster care. Originally from San Francisco Bay Area, we moved to Atlanta in 2004, and finally made the move to Lynn Haven/Panama City in 2019 for a fresh start during the pandemic. We've been vacationing here since 2004 and quickly fell in love with the area. We can’t wait to share our home with you!
