The space
Enjoy your stay at VIVA Residences, Unit 202, nestled right in the center of San Pedro. This second-floor apartment features a walk-up staircase and is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a modern, comfortable retreat. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a beautiful mirror, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Fresh towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances—refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, and blender—plus all essential cooking utensils. There is a shared balcony off of the unit that is for your use. Take your morning coffee outside while you watch San Pedro town start its day. Maybe take your evening cocktail and watch the sunset. This is the perfect place to people watch and watch that beautiful sun.

Other things to note
We’re currently adding exciting upgrades to the building, including a rooftop pool, swim-up bar, gym, and kitchen 💫. Construction work takes place during daytime hours (8am-5pm), but guests continue to enjoy comfortable and relaxing stays while exploring everything San Pedro has to offer.
Please note: Access to the unit is via stairs, as there is no elevator.
