There is a shared balcony off of the unit that is for your use. Take your morning coffee outside while you watch San Pedro town start its day. Maybe take your evening cocktail and watch the sunset. This is the perfect place to people watch and watch that beautiful sun.

Please note there may be some construction activity above between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. as we work to enhance the building with exciting new amenities, including a rooftop pool, swim-up bar, gym, and kitchen. We truly believe these upgrades will elevate the overall guest experience, and as our glowing reviews show, guests continue to enjoy their stays while exploring everything the island has to offer.

Please note that access to the unit is via stairs, as there is no elevator.
