Relax with the whole family at Pampas Paradise. Located in the highly sought after Oceanside Village, this gated community has a family friendly atmosphere, private beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a splash pool, hot tub, gym, playground, and more. Rain or shine, Pampas paradise has outdoor covered seating, as well as an outdoor, screened patio. Short walk to the playground and outdoor pool. Short golf cart ride to the beach and the Conch Cafe. Golf cart included. No pets.

The space
Our home consists of a laundry/mud room, Kitchen, island and bar, small kitchen table, inviting living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a screened in porch, outdoor shower, and an outside covered patio. Golf cart included.

Guest access
You may use the entire home, screened in porch, and covered patio. The garage is locked and remains for owner's use only. There are a couple owner's cabinets inside the home that are also locked.

Other things to note
We have a full-size washer and dryer inside the home for your use, along with clean sheets and linens. Smart TV's in the main bedroom, living room, and screened porch. There is a grocery store and gas station right across from the entrance to the village. Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot, toaster, air fryer, electric griddle, blender, and basic kitchen necessities along with a dishwasher for your convenience. The golf cart is NOT allowed to be driven outside of the village. It can not be driven out on the public road. It can be used in the village and to cross the street for beach access.
