We charge $100 pet fee per stay, per unit with a two (2) pet maximum per unit, and we charge a $250 fine per pet for undisclosed pets

A guest’s dog must NOT be:
Out of control
Unhouse broken
Left alone at the listing without prior approval
Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest
Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control

We love dogs!! However, we ask that you keep them leased and under your control at all times. Please take a baggie with you on each walk to clean up after your babies. Current certificate of shots is required and should be sent via Airbnb thread prior to check in.

Dogs may not be kept leashed outside without an owner present with them. Also, no dog kennels or houses on sites.
