Great 2 bedroom condo in Forest Meadows right next door to Rock n' Bowl. You have a completely unobstructed view of the Sherwin Mountains to the south. Brand new remodeled bathroom. The space
This condo is located right behind Vons in the "Blue Roofs" at 449 Sierra Manor Rd. Our condo has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This condo is located on the ground floor in the well maintained Forest Meadows Complex. We are steps away from the Rock n Bowl, LA Kings Ice, Mammoth Creek Trail & Bike path, and Vons.

This condo sleeps up to 5 people with 1 queen bed and a double/twin bunk, and a sofa bed located in the living room . The master bed is a brand new Sterns & Foster mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen includes Green Pan cookware, bakeware, serving ware, knives, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, spices, etc. We have everything you need to prepare your meals so you can save on dining out! The hot tub for the small complex is located steps away from the front door. In the summer, there is a great outdoor space with a BBQ for your use. No pets or smoking please. This is a quiet complex with many owner occupied units, so please be aware of noise levels.

We offer FREE high-speed wireless internet, an LCD TV with free cable , there is lots of wood on the deck for those cozy nights at home.

The entire condo is available for your use along with the hot tub just steps away from the condo and the coin-operated laundry steps from the front door.

Other things to note
This condo is our vacation home and is privately owned and managed. There are full time residents who live in the condo complex so please be respectful. We strive to provide a clean comfortable atmosphere at a good value. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets or smoking please. Must be 21 years or older to rent. $500 damage deposit. Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT Cert is 5993. TOT Taxes are paid to the town of Mammoth Lakes: Each reservation will add a 14% TOT tax paid to the town of Mammoth Lakes for the TOT Cert #5663 in addition to their total reservation. This is collected via Airbnb after your reservation is confirmed. This is passed directly through to the Town of Mammoth Lakes.

This complex has quiet hours after 10pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors throughout the day. If a noise violation is reported, we will contact you. Please note NO 4 wheelers or Sprinter vans are allowed in the parking lot according to the HOA which also includes maintenance work on vehicles or off road vehicles.
