Lakefront cottage overlooking a beautiful cove near Hornsby Hollow Campground area of Watts Bar Lake, complete with a private dock. The master bedroom features a king bed & a coffee & tea station. Enjoy the fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, relax in the hot tub, play pool, or explore the lake with our kayaks & canoes. Bunk beds are perfect for families. 3 smart TVs are included for entertainment. Conveniently located near public boat docks, restaurants, gas station, & a convenience store.

The space
The master bedroom offers a cozy retreat with a king bed and a coffee & tea station. The basement is perfect for families, featuring bunk beds for the kids. The living rooms also have comfortable sofas, providing additional sleeping space for guests. With these arrangements, the cottage can comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends, ensuring everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One air mattress is available.

Guest access
The entire home is available for you. There is one storage closet downstairs for the owner. Please enjoy this entire space, a rarity. The fire pit, hot tub, dock, driveway, fenced-in front yard, and deck is all yours.

Other things to note
For those with limited mobility, the downstairs garage can be utilized as a handicap-accessible space. This area includes a full living space similar to a hotel room, with a bunk bed couch, refrigerator, pool table, sink, and a small bathroom right inside the hallway. While the bathroom may not accommodate a wheelchair, it is accessible for older guests who may not need to climb stairs. These guests can also enjoy the outdoor swing or hot tub with assistance, though the property slope is steep.

The path to the dock is lit with solar lights for nighttime accessibility. Please avoid leaving outside lights on all night, except for the string lights, to prevent glare for boaters and disruption to wildlife.

There is a neighborhood dog named Charlotte, a Saint Bernard, who roams the property. She is a gentle giant and loves meeting new people but doesn't get along well with other animals in her older years. Before letting your dog out, be aware that Charlotte is territorial. We offer a white picket fence area for your pet to use the restroom in the front yard. Please make sure to pick up after your dog to keep the area clean.

You will enter through one of the side entrances into the white gate.
