Nestled amid the rolling hills of Montecito, fully planted as a thriving avocado, Persian lime, and olive orchard—offering both natural beauty and abundant harvests . Winding paths take you through groves of mature fruit trees, while shaded trails lead into a serene oak grove that invites contemplative walks in dappled sunlight.

Despite its secluded feel, the property is just under a 8‑minute drive from the vibrant heart of Montecito—Coast Village Road, with its cafes and boutiques; Butterfly Beach, known for gentle sands and sunset views; and Miramar Beach, home to the iconic Miramar Hotel and oceanfront charm.

Set in a discreet, tranquil location with sweeping ocean, harbor, mountain, and valley views, the estate offers peaceful panoramic scenery.
