Monthly Rentals in Santa Barbara

We stayed here while we were relocating to Santa Barbara, and looking for a permanent place to live. This was the perfect homebase for that. Great location close to State Street walkable to anything you want to do in Santa Barbara, and a functional kitchen which allowed us to cook many meals “at home.” Having offstreet parking available was also super convenient as was the washer and dryer available for use as well. Can’t recommend staying here enough, whether you’re here for a short visit or staying more long-term, this is a fantastic Airbnb to choose.

Great spot & gracious hosts. I personally have always loved the Mesa neighborhood so was super happy with location within walking distance to both park/ocean as well as the main shopping center up there. Quiet & well-appointed studio with sweet private patio, great kitchen & bathroom. Nice decorative touches & immaculately clean.

Jaime's little place packs a big punch in terms of location, comfort and value. It was our second year for a 2+ month stay and we enjoyed it immensely. The apartment is very efficiently laid out with ample storage and comfortable furnishings. The location is convenient to everything, with virtually all essential needs within walking distance. The hosts are friendly and readily available if needed. Highly recommend!!
