Welcome to Cypress Villa at the Haven WNC, an adults only nature retreat where reconnection, rejuvenation, and relaxation go hand in hand.
Our luxurious Cypress Villa is located on our private 85+ acre mountaintop within the Pisgah National Forest. We're only minutes away from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Harmon Den Wildlife Area, Max Patch point, Cataloochee Ski Area and The Blue Ridge Parkway where you can hike, bike, fish, raft, birdwatch, ski, and trek to your hearts content.

Our property feels worlds away from the stress of every day life but is less than 20 miles from restaurants, shops, galleries, and cultural events in Waynesville.

The Cypress was designed with solitude in mind. Once inside the gated entrance to The Haven, you travel approximately 1/4 mile inside the property before reaching your cabin. There are no other structures visible from the cabin throughout the year. Slide the barn door shut on the deck for even more privacy. We have a second cabin located over 200 yards away, but we've taken great care to be sure that each villa is out of eyesight and earshot of the other and the terrain naturally helps.
The Cypress at The Haven is the perfect place to escape and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

There are exterior security cameras located at the gated entry and facing exterior parking areas facing toward the main roads on the property.
Nightly rates vary based on specific dates. Weekends and Holidays are priced higher. Nightly rates and minimums vary depending on specific dates, otherwise a 2 night minimum applies.
A peaceful, relaxing, and serene experience is our goal for your stay. Kindly respect the beautiful environment by taking only photographs and leaving only footprints.
Throwing objects off the deck is strictly prohibited. Please dispose of waste in the interior bin only.
We share our beautiful 85 acre Haven with lots of local wildlife. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Do not approach wildlife of any sort at any time.
Western North Carolina is bear country. Be mindful and do not leave food or waste outside the villa. Locking vehicle doors is strongly recommended.
Absolutely no animals/pets are allowed inside the Cypress Villa at any time. The owners have extreme allergies that prevent them from sharing the space. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The Cypress utilizes a delicate septic system. No flushable wipes, hygiene products, prophylactics, or anything other than human waste and toilet tissue should be flushed at any time. A small bin has been provided in the bathroom for disposal of prohibited items.
Kindly shower before entering the hot tub. No additives of any sort are allowed in the hot tub as they will damage the system. Damages will result in additional charges.
Please use the black/makeup cloths provided in the bathroom as certain personal products can damage the other towels and linens. Damages will incur replacement charges.
No open flames are allowed inside the Cypress cabin. Flameless candles are welcome.
The Haven is an exclusive Adults Only retreat. Certain features of the Cypress Villa are unsafe for children of any age. Failure to respect the 2 Adults per villa occupancy will result in immediate termination of rental and you will be required to leave.
