Three bedroom home, renovated interior of a very high standard in 2024. Double glazed, comfortable and stylish, located in the heart of Roslyn village and a short 4 minute drive into Dunedin’s CBD and hospital, or a 20 min (downhill walk).

Boasting a ducted heating/cooling system. You will struggle to find a warmer Air B n B in Dunedin during winter months.

Roslyn village is a 5 min stroll and has a well equipped supermarket, florist, pharmacy, cafes and eateries for your convenience.

The space
Our property is very clean, quiet, safe and private with easy access up a long drive. There is level off-street parking right outside the house, or additional on-street parking if needed.

Renovated to a high-standard, we wanted this house to be more like a home to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. We have equipped the kitchen sufficiently so you need for (almost) nothing. High-speed Internet is available free of charge.

We have made it easy to cook a meal for your family or even bake a cake if desired, so you are not limited to takeaways!

All our bedding is brand new, with extra blankets for colder winter months if required. However the entire house is fitted with a ducted heating system, to ensure you are never cold in winter or too hot in summer!

There is a large Frame (smart) TV and SKY (sports and movies included) located in the lounge, there is also a smart TV in the King bedded room.

The tiles in the bathroom and powder room are heated for your comfort, and there is a large heated towel rail in the main bathroom for added comfort.

All appliances throughout are brand new. The 90 cm French door fridge/freezer is complete with ice maker and chilled water for your convenience.

All bedrooms have wardrobes, with ample hanging and shelf space.

Guests can use entire house and are welcome to use and replenish food items as necessary. Tea and coffee are complimentary.

Our kitchen is well equipped for longer stays.

We have dining seating for 8 people and crockery, cutlery and glassware for 10 place settings.

The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry items (standard flour, sugar, self raising flour, salt and pepper, cooking oil), which guests are welcome to use and replenish as necessary. Rubbish bags, glad wrap, foil, baking paper are supplied.

Tea (including some herbal tea), coffee, hot chocolate and sugar is complimentary as are the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine.
