Enjoy your own private back porch with a charcoal grill and the convenience of a 1-car garage fitted with a bike rack. Your comfort is guaranteed with a plush Queen size Master Bed, a comfortable Full-size Guest bed, and a cozy Queen size sleeper Sofa in the living room. The suite offers one car garage, two parking spaces in front the of the unit, and sufficient street parking. Our dedicated team offers a 5-Star experience and is readily available to assist of any questions you may have. Embark on a delightful culinary journey at nearby eateries such as Pepe and Sun Creek's Cantina. explore local favorites like the Sun Creek Brewery and the newly opened Salt Shack on the water. Take a leisurely stroll to the local farmer's market held every Sunday from 10-2. Turn your leisure time into an epic game night at Game On Clermont- an amusement arcade with a full liquor bar, operation from 3-10 pm. Please be informed that the unit offers parking for two cars on-site. Additional vehicles will need to find street parking. Bed linens are provided. For an early check-in an additional fee of $30 is applicable, subject to availability. The earliest check-in time is 2 pm. Ealy Check-In can only be guaranteed on the day prior to your stay.
