Maya is a Superhost

This unique place has a style all its own, think Miami in the 80s. We have bright colors everywhere with lots of greenery, florals, and plants.
The bedroom is painted all pink, the living room has a beautiful hand painted mural with pink and green palm leaves, and we have more touches of pink and green throughout.
This guest apartment is connected to our business which is a photography & event studio so the driveway, yard, and lot are a shared space and can have activity any day of the week.

This guest space is connected to our business which is a photography studio so the driveway, yard, and lot are a shared space. Because of this the back and front yards are shared, the parking lot is shared, and the breezeway is shared.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: Although it is a full bathroom it is very small. The toilet sits up on a step and is a very tight space. It is fully functional and we have done everything we can to make it as practical as possible but it is a tight fit when sitting on the toilet. This is NOT something we can fix, we have consulted with several plumbers all who say the toilet must say raised as it is.
Additionally, as it is located out in the city and on a large lot, we do get bugs regularly and have mosquitos. We make sure to fumigate regularly and we make sure to clean them thoroughly during every clean; but it is still quite common to see bugs occasionally and especially if you are entering/exiting at night as the light in the house will attract many bugs.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood has a lot of unrestricted lots which means the drive to the property showcases a lot of farms, some new builds, and some lots that have been left abandoned or are a bit run down. However, we are located on a lot that is fenced in and we have had no issues of crime, theft, etc within the neighborhood.
We are about 10 minutes from The Woodlands Mall, 7 minutes to I45, 15 minutes to The Waterway, and 10 minutes to Market Street.
