The space
You can stay cool in the summer heat with our newly installed air conditioning system, and our well-equipped kitchen comes with a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite meals. The house has washer and dryer on premises, so pack light!

We have plenty of indoor and outdoor activities available for you to enjoy during your stay, including board games for kids, outdoor games, and a fire pit for gathering around.

In addition to our amenities, we also offer an Tesla EV charger - 40 Amps , making it easy for our environmentally conscious guests to recharge their electric vehicles during their stay.

In the summer, we offer a beach parking pass that allows you to park free of charge on many beaches in Barnstable. We'll charge a $500 fine for lost pass, so please take care of it

Outside, the fenced-in yard offers a great space for outdoor activities, and includes a dining table, 2 loungers, fire pit, 6 Adirondack chairs and 2 hammocks.

Our location is perfect for those who want to explore Hyannis, as we are just one mile from Main Street and the JFK Museum, where you can find local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The Hyannis Ferries are only 1.5 miles away, providing easy access for day trips to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. The closest beach is only 2 miles away, and Covells beach is just 3.5 miles away, offering a variety of activities such as swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely walks along the shoreline.

We try to provide ketchup, salt, pepper, sugar, Nespresso pods, tea, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, washer sheets, dryer sheets. Please contact us if something is missing on your arrival.

All linens and towels are included. We also provide separate beach towels and make up towels.

There is a Tesla charging station on the premises.

For your safety, there are 3 security cameras outside. There are no cameras inside of the house.

Our house is located in a family-friendly neighborhood so absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES allowed and no overnight guests.

Dogs are welcome for a $50 fee, NO other pets please.

Dogs must not be left unattended outside at any time.
Guests may not leave dogs alone in the house for extended periods of time while they are away from the property.

Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog at the time of your booking, so our cleaners can schedule the appropriate extra time for a thorough cleaning.
