The space
This beautiful house comes with 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the basement. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress available to allow 2 additional guests. The master bedroom has a full bathroom. There is another full bathroom located near the kitchen.

Attached to the house is a screened in porch. Outside of the porch is a beautiful patio overlooking Lake of Egypt. The dock and driveway are a shared space with the guest house on the property. The guest house is available for rent if additional space is needed. The boathouse is also a shared space with the guest house.

Parking is limited to two cars. Photos of parking are in the listing. The driveway is a shared space with the guest house. Please message us ahead of booking if you have more than two vehicles to see if we can accommodate you.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire main lake house. There is a keyless entry; a personal code will be provided at checkin. There is a one bedroom/one bath guest house on the property for anyone looking for additional space.

The lake access/boat dock is a shared space with the guest house.

Parking allows for up to 2 vehicles please message us if more spaces are needed.

Other things to note
Our lake house can fit up to 10 adults. It has 4 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. There is an additional air mattress and a couch to sleep on for extra space.

Our guest house is also on the property (the driveway and dock are shared). The guest house can fit 4 adults comfortably, but would work great for 2 adults and children. It has 1 queen bed, a small pull out couch and an air mattress.

For anyone bringing dogs please make sure that you are cleaning up after them outside. Doggie bags are not provided, please ensure you bring your own.

Please note parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. No heavy drinking, loud activities, or parties will be tolerated.
