Bien Nacido at Lake Tenkiller is located at the end of a cul de sac with gorgeous year-round views of Lake Tenkiller. Close to Caney Ridge and Elk Horn Marinas, it is the best of both worlds, with walking access to the lake, and a short drive to beautiful marinas with daily slip rentals available. Access to hiking and fishing locally year-round make this a perfect getaway! Grocery and restaurants nearby. Located directly across from PRINCESS RESTAURANT IN PARK HILL. Map pin is incorrect!

The space
Bien Nacido is a one level lake house with 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our home has full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking while a guest in our home. There are two living areas with a gas burning fireplace in one area and a 75" television i the other. The dining area is perfect for home cooked meals and game night. The master bedroom is located at the back of the home and has its own bathroom for your privacy. The second bedroom has a bathroom directly across the hall. The third bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a full bank of windows to the deck. One of my favorite rooms in the home, this bedroom has a queen bed, and a full-size bed with a full-size trundle pull out. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen and has a full-size washer and dryer. The back deck is equipped with a Blackstone griddle and a gas grill, as well as a covered seating area and a four-person hot tub. We love the privacy of the dead end... there is also a trail directly down to the lake accessible steps from the front and back door of our home. You will find books and games throughout the home for your enjoyment, including a full corn-hole set, as well as board games and others. This is our private lake home, and we have done our very best to make it as welcoming and enjoyable for your family to stay as well.

Other things to note
We have Ring Cameras on the front and the rear of the home. The rear camera view does NOT cover the hot tub area of the home. These cameras do record audio and visual for security reasons.

There is a fire pit in the rear of the home, this fire pit is NOT for guests to use. Unfortunately, the fire risk where we are is far too high for us to allow use of that area. However, there is a chimena in the front of our home that we welcome guests to use during their stay. We generally will have wood already stacked for your use.
