Welcome to VIVA Residences Unit 301 – your stylish island retreat in the heart of San Pedro! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers a modern, spacious, and comfortable escape just a block from the Caribbean Sea. Perfect for families, couples, friends, or solo travelers, this centrally located unit puts you within walking distance of virtually everything. You’ll also be just steps away from Caramba Restaurant, Elvi’s Kitchen, and El Fogon are all less than a minute’s walk.

The space
Stay at VIVA Residences/Unit 301 in San Pedro. This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the third floor of the complex so you do have to go up stairs. It is ideal for families, couples, friends, and singles to rent. It has everything that you may need during your stay. When you walk in, you already feel at home. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a closet. One bedroom has a safe in the closet. Each bathroom has a nice big shower and towels are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV and a comfy couch. In the kitchen area there are top grade appliances, such as a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has basic cooking utensils and a dining table with 3 chairs for you to enjoy all your delicious meals. The open living and kitchen area are what make this unit feel so spacious.There is a washer and dryer inside the unit which is for your private use. If you need to iron your clothes, there is an ironing board and iron as well. This beautiful and modern apartment will meet all of your needs and more. You won’t be disappointed.

Enjoy the shared balcony outside the unit, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching San Pedro start its day or unwinding with an evening cocktail as you watch the sunset. It’s a fantastic spot for people-watching and soaking in the island vibe.

Please note there may be some construction activity above between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. as we work to enhance the building with exciting new amenities, including a rooftop pool, swim-up bar, gym, and kitchen. We truly believe these upgrades will elevate the overall guest experience, and as our glowing reviews show, guests continue to enjoy their stays while exploring everything the island has to offer.

Where you’ll be

San Pedro, Corozal District, Belize

The neighborhood is near grocery stores, veggie stands, meat markets, coffee shops, juice stands, gyms, local attractions, dive shops, gift shops, pharmacies, and so much more. It is also less than a minute from one of the best boutiques on the island, so if you forgot a dress for an evening out, you won't have to look that far. You will be 2 minutes walking distance to the wonderful Elvi's Restaurant. The customer service is amazing and the food is spectacular. Don’t forget that the unit is only a block away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea and located in the heart of San Pedro. Walk to Lily's Treasure Chest, located on the beach and have a good breakfast to start your day. The location of this unit is perfect because you are so close to everything. You can walk to about everything in 2 minutes or less. It doesn't get better than that. Explore the island and see why everyone loves San Pedro the way they do. I can promise you that San Pedro is everything you have dreamed of.
